Although, I have a feeling that many of the parking garages around Millennium Park are expensive, because it's a place in Chicago where people want to be. This parking garage was close to where I wanted to be, I'll give it that. It also felt relatively safe. One thing to keep in mind is that you need to pay for your parking before you get to the exit. There are signs with QR codes everywhere that will take you to a website to pay online. There are also some kiosks, in case you don't want to use your phone. Once you've paid for your parking, you have 20 minutes to exit.

Bought my ticket ahead of time on their website which saved a lot of money. They recommended having…read morea photo of the QR code since not much signal underground. Easy to find the entrance - large signs in the middle of Michigan Ave. Google Maps correctly guided me to it. Well lit and felt safer than many garages. I had a little difficulty getting the QR code to read when I was leaving, which was probably because I didn't have my settings locked so the phone kept changing to landscape which was making the QR code too tiny. Even without me asking for it, within 2 mins of my ineptitude, a friendly employee came over and within seconds helped me on my way. I paid $18 including tax, to park from 9a-6p on a Friday. Seemed well worth the cost to me to be in such a coveted location and such a new and safe garage. Plus since it's under ground, my car wasn't freezing despite the low temps and wind.

The only feedback I really have are the bathrooms not being maintained frequently and the strong smell of pot all around, which not much they can do on that one. I gave it a 4 stars because my last visit, one of the staff members at their Starbucks was a little unwelcoming. I know it was close to their closing time, but the way my order was taken made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. The rest of the staff there was nice. I mainly go for slots, so I haven't dined at any of their outlets nor have I interacted with the dealers, but just from observing, majority of the staff seems nice and inviting. I don't rate this off any winnings or losses, just overall ambiance and interactions.

Just to even pay to get in and seated. then you have to stand in a long line just to get some food. There's not even enough help at any of the food areas. At one food Bar they had turkey and ham but no kind of potato or Vegetable are you freaking kidding me. The desserts were awful. And to top it off, the coffee was horrible. They didn't even have half and half or cream it was powdered cream I never even had a waitress come by. When I got up to get more food my dirty plates was still sitting there when I got back . And to tell you the truth, I was still hungry when I left that place. Never again. !!! I've been to better casinos with better service!!!

We received an email before our visit asking if we would be able to switch our 10:30 appointments to 8:00 am or 11:45 am to accommodate another guest interested in services. Since we were visiting from out of town and had other plans, we were not able to switch to these times but eventually agreed to move to 9:15 even though it was not our preferred time. The attendants upon arrival were very friendly and welcoming. The eucalyptus steam sauna was closed for repair, which was not indicated when we booked. The dry sauna and hot tub were very small. As the morning went on it got incredibly busy. There were so many people waiting for appointments that there weren't enough chairs in the relaxation room, and it was very crowded by the vanity/mirrors and showers. Our treatments we good, not spectacular for the cost, but we expected expensive treatments on a busy weekend in Chicago. We were offered complimentary enhancements for switching appointment times-a face mask or eye mask. A nice touch but not nearly worth switching our plans around for. We had separate reservations to begin with but somehow when we were asked to move our reservation times, we were put on the same reservation. As a result, I was charged for my friend's service. We each made multiple calls to the spa to try to get it corrected. After at least four attempts to get it corrected over the phone, I emailed the spa. It took 8 days from when we were at the spa for them to begin processing a refund to my card. We were very surprised by all of this, especially at such a luxury spa.

It is a rare fully indoor, two-level outlet mall, making it the best option during Chicago's winter or rainy days. * Top Brands: Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Versace, Saint Laurent, and Bloomingdale's The Outlet Store. We all know you're too cheap to install actual kiosk boxes, so you've offloaded the work onto the customers. You think it's 'convenient' because we don't have to download an app and can just 'text to pay,' but that's just a clever way to link my phone number and credit card to your invasive computer vision surveillance. Standing in a drafty garage, scanning QR codes, and handing over my personal data just to spend money at your stores is not 'innovation'--it's a data-mining chore. Between the constant plate-scanning and the 'AI' tracking my vehicle, you've turned a simple shopping trip into a privacy nightmare. I'll be taking the 'convenient' route of shopping online or driving to a suburban mall that still understands what 'free parking' means and doesn't treat its patrons like test subjects in a tech lab.
