horribly dishonest company. i needed a replacement glass section for my van. i called on monday…read moreand was told they had my part. bad streaking within the tinting is a known problem so i specifically asked if someone could inspect the glass for the streaking. i explained that i was over an hour s drive away. i was told on monday that the glass was perfect. i called back tuesday to confirm the glass was still on hold and asked the second man if he could please inspect the glass for syreaks in the tinting. he also said it was excellent. i went to get the glass and it was heavily streaked. it was shit! both men lied. they never did inspect it or saw the streaks and lied thinking maybe i would buy it anyway. whether i spoke to a manager or someone pretending to be m anager, the only responses my complaint got was amused smiles.... subtle smirks saying "oh too bad..you drove over an. hour for nothing: unless you are absolutely desperate with no other source for a part just be smart and pay a little more if you have to, but try to find a more honest company to deal with.

Lo and behold, another gentleman came out and our original salesman disappeared to hide in the managers office. Now everything Anthony had said didn't count towards anything, they no longer would sell the car AT ALL. They had the most disjointed communication I have ever seen at a dealership (coming from two people who have bought three cars this year) A waste of time and the most slimey car salesmen-- they live up to their reputation of being unreliable and liars. I have also filed a BBB report. It's illegal to post a car and not honor the sales price.

It seemed ok to me but now I have to contact them to inform them of this situation. We ended up having to drive a bit away, but this vehicle had most of what we wanted - fine. For some reason, they still kept us there for over 3 hours though. And we were told that the Costco price is LESS than what the dealers pays for it. Who the hell is going to believe that nonsense? Then for our trade in, they started out with an offer of $3,500. I immediately said no. He got up to $4,500 and said that we can always come back to sell it - no pressure. We opted for the latter. Well, we did go back today to sell it, and they offered $3,200. I said that was below the original offer. I was angry for my time and money being wasted and said that I was going to write reviews (more to come). Then big boy got nasty with me and told me that I "don't make sense". I can't help him if he thinks going from $4,500 to $3,200 would not make someone less than happy. If you are incapable of sticking to your word, isn't this the most likely outcome. Does that make sense big boy? If you need any other lessons, I will have to charge you. In any case, I cannot respect duplicitous behavior, and I feel that it is my civic duty to warn others so that they may use the information that I provided at their discretion. Their pricing is right. They even let me in to the yard so I can browse around to find the wheels I liked . My best experience of all.
