Slow charging speed. Great location for food and shopping however! You also don't have to back in, you can pull right up!

Having visited eight in the last week, from Auburn AL and Pass Christian MS and across Texas), it's easy to see how formulaic they are and how they all have the same features. Located adjacent to a busy highway exit, it's easy to access and they don't allow tractor trailers so you're not dodging big trucks. Huge expansive parking lot that rings the whole store. Dozens if not a hundred gas pumps, all clean and free of litter. Multiple entrances with handicapped parking immediately in front of each one. Inside, you'll probably get a "Welcome to Buc-ee's!" as you enter. As you walk around the store, you'll maybe here a shouted "Fresh brisket on the board!" as a new piece of beef is set out for slicing. In the center, a sandwich station where they're making up tacos and sandwiches. There's an area where they are candying nuts. A fudge counter. A jerky counter. A handmade tortilla station. Bunkers with snacks and fresher foods like salads, sandwiches, protein packs, cups of banana pudding and coconut pie. A wall of soda fountains with two dozen options. Coffee and fixings. A third of the store is consumed with decor. Some of it is very much Buc-ee's merchandise with tshirts, swimsuits, hats, jackets and the like. A seasonal tshirt on display. And much of it is Southern styled decor with the occasional bible quote or some other risque and double entendre. Clean restrooms. No, really. They pay a $40k a year salary to people to keep the floors clean, the counters wiped, the paper towels stocked and the toilets clean. I have never seen a dirty Buc-ee's toilet in ever. There a reason Buc-ee's is a destination and they're working to come closer to you. I've been to Buc-ee's in ten states and they're expanding with new ones in Colorado, Ohio and Arizona opening recently. Go check it out! [Review 411 of 2026 - 720 in Texas - 25594 overall]

I'm a fan I'm a fan that's where I stand I'm a fan!…read more I love these Hotels that offer their visitors a nice little evening drink and food reception. This is one of them. Each adult person in the room is allowed two drinks at the bar from 5:30 pm till 7 pm. Off to the right side of the bar there is a small chips, vegetable set up with ranch dressing. It's not supposed to be a meal so stop expecting more! Who starts off their review highlighting about alcohol huh? Well after a hard days work it's one of the most eye enlightening things you can't help but be tempted into. The lobby as well is very nice in which there seems to be different " quadrants" where you can hold your discussions where you won't be in the middle of a large group. Down one side there is a hallway where their conference rooms are and even upstairs are other rooms too I did not look but noticed them just by looking up at the stairs. The room was comfortable, clean and had all of the decent amenities that you would expect for paying around $130 ish. There is a restaurant attached to the Hotel (Hoolihans). I can't tell you about anything in there except that SOME evenings they have a live singer or band. Everybody in the staff was nice and cordial especially the bartender lady, she knows how to rake in the tips as well as make the drinks. My only gripe? GETTING TO THE HOTEL! Eww, yucky, poo ppp construction makes you wait many cycles behind the light up ahead if you're trying to get off of the feeder and past the light. It is even a challenge to get to the Hotel because the usual entrance is being built, but it will be nice once it's done. As of now, it's like a nagging toothache trying to get out of the parking lot even with puppy dog eyes wanting to get through. Oh, before I forget, off to the side when you enter close to the mouth of the Hotel, go to the right and you will find a few spaces of covered parking. At this time in July, 2025, it's still and always be hot as Funk.

I first contacted Good Faith Energy to help with solar planning for an all-electric house build I was building in Dallas, TX. While the house was still in the pre-drywall phase, I wanted to make sure that anything that could be added in the construction phase to help with solar installation later was done. Good Faith Energy helped me out, and for a nominal fee, they designed an electrical plan and coordinated with the builder on what components would make installation easier in the future. My original plan was to build the house and live in the house for a year to figure out my electricity needs, and then design a solar system around my usage. However, after moving in in early 2025, I decided to proceed with solar installation given my fear that the solar tax credit would be going away soon. I explored several solar companies, but ultimately picked Good Faith Energy. They were familiar with the products I was interested in (REC solar panels, SPAN panels, and Tesla Powerwall 3). They are very involved with the community and post very insightful videos on YouTube. You can tell that their owner and all of the employees are passionate about what they sell and install, and truly care about selecting the right solar system for you. My sales associate with Sammy, who was happy to provide different quotes, and he offered me very good suggestions about things I hadn't thought of. Joe was the engineer that worked on the plans, and he was also incredibly helpful and patient with me. He understood my desire to maximize the number of panels on my roof space, and tried out different ways with the design to maximize solar production. Samantha and Amanda were excellent project managers, who kept me informed throughout the entire project. My install was a bit more complicated than a typical residential system. My house is all-electric, and I have a 320 amp service powering two 200 amp panels. As a result, I ultimately went with a 28.5 kW REC solar panel system powering two separate sets of Tesla Powerwall 3 (5 total). Special shoutout to our electrician Ronnie and the site manager Shane, along with the rest of the Good Faith Energy install team, who battled some of the hottest days this summer to install the project on time. Their attention to detail was impressive, and the result is a very clean install. I live in a conservation district in Dallas, and as a result, I needed approval from the conservation district as well as from the City of Dallas. It took several months to get a permit, but Good Faith Energy had experience with this and knew how to handle it. There was one minor rough patch. We scheduled a city inspection two weeks ahead of schedule, but Good Faith Energy wasn't there where the city inspector came, which generated an immediate red-tag. However, this was ironed out by the next week, and we received a green tag after just one inspection the following week. Since the install, I've had a couple minor issues with the system, but Good Faith Energy was quick to respond and resolve the issues. I have been left with a feeling that this company stands behind their project. In the end, for such a complex and expensive project, I have had an extremely positive experience working with Good Faith Energy, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a solar install in DFW.

This visit was subpar and food was mediocre. Service was very slow, but my waiter was pleasant. He was new so I cut him some slack. The kitchen and bar seemed to be backed up. It wasn't even a full restaurant. Ambiance was good it was cozy and clean. Food was lacking love, seasoning and flavor. The Thai Chile Wings were decent. They were crunchy and crispy. However, the chicken tasted bland. It was more like they dumped a bunch of sauce on it to give it some flavor. The pasta was just awful with no flavor at all. It tasted like plain boiled noodles. The WORST pasta ever made for me in my life. It looked better than it tasted. I could not even eat it and had to send it back. My cocktail arrived after my meal. It didn't look great and it was so late I sent it back as I was done eating. Overall it was a disappointing experience. Once a place I loved to dine at. It broke my heart to see this. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that my initial room was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. The space was poorly designed, leaving little room to move around. This was a significant letdown, especially after a long day of travel. After expressing my concerns, I was reluctantly moved to a different room, but this did little to enhance my experience as the overall condition of the hotel felt outdated and neglected. Additionally, the breakfast provided was quite disappointing. The selection was sparse and unappetizing, with many items lacking freshness. I had high hopes for a hearty start to my day, but the food quality did not meet my expectations. It was clear that the hotel does not prioritize the dining experience for its guests. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly rude. The staff seemed unbothered by my complaints and offered little assistance or empathy. It felt as though they were not trained to handle customer service effectively, which only added to my frustration during my stay. Overall, I cannot recommend quality inn.Between the cramped rooms, subpar breakfast, and unhelpful service, my stay was not enjoyable. I would advise potential guests to consider other options in the area. I would give them zero stars if possible they don't even deserve one star. Corporate definitely needs to look into this hotel something seems so off with this location. One final thing I'll add is the elevator being absolutely horrible and not working correctly. You need to open the door with a button which seems like a fire hazard...
