I had also just stopped in Alabama and spent a fair amount of time at that Buc-ee's location. Baytown Buc-ees was a stop I made at about 3:30pm on 6/10/26 and I knew I was going to battle Houston traffic to get to Austin! I was able to purchase some nuts and snacks here and the store was consistent with other stores in the chain-- tons of food, super clean restrooms, mesmerizing merch, and plenty of gas pumps. Along with my love of Buc-ee's, I also have a ton of perks at Starbucks and was pleased to see that there was a store next to Buc-ee's. I was able to get a cold brew and be on my way in 30min. Fastest Buc-ee's/Starbucks stop on my trip! I guess it possible to do a quick stop at Buc-ee's, but before I left I saw a manager and asked her if this was the first Buc-ees and she said in a polite TX voice, "No sir, we are store #34" She also let me know that the first store was in Clute, TX. Knowledgeable staff!! Since I live near the first Chipotle I was curious. I didn't get to visit the 1st Buc-ee's store or the first In and Out Burger on this trip but there will be more. :) I did visit the first KFC and museum in Corbin KY! lol

You can literally buy anything here...food, drinks, clothes, souvenirs, candles, etc. Some of my favorites are the beaver nuggets, glazed nuts, and Buc-ee's OverBite (Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter). However, if a person is honest, I don't leave them hanging. In other words, I covered the cost. - Most economical by a mile. The bad: - Time commitment could be better. But this is due to the nature of the business. She lets me know in advance if she will be running late. Overall: I would highly recommend Emily and her crew.

And with R E ELectric that's exactly what happened a lot of other providers weren't working (rightfuly so) due to the driving conditions. They were quick to respond to my yelp request and were quick in answering my questions so that we could get service setup quickly. I was happy with the whole process and the quality of the work done. I would recommend them for sure if you are in need of an electrician!

They were not able to fix my problem today but explain to me what is wrong and why they can't fix it today but they with check with other people in the industry to see if they know someone come and fix our problem. Because they did not fix anything today they did not even charge me for them to come out and take a look. And the communication with Nicolas S. on the Yelp app is very professional and fast.

From wasting our time on multiple occasions to doing things without our permission , when we hadn't agreed on anything , this just isn't good way to run a business. Perhaps this used to be a good business but the guy needs to hang it up if he can't even provide basic service.

On Friday May 15th the strangest thing happened in my house. Half had no electricity. Front and…read moreback rooms were dead, but the living room had full power minus the A/C (never fun in Texas) I called several companies in the area and what I might describe is totally ridiculous prices just to come out (as I said it was Friday after dark) I called Norris Electric and the owner Frank answered the phone. Not only did he say he would come look at it, after he determined the problem I tried to pay him and he refused. It was going to involve Centerpoint coming out to run a bypass line. On Saturday morning two guys came out and ran the line. They informed me what had to happen next. I called Frank and asked him to do the work. He immediately filed for a permit, got all the lines tagged for cable, gas, electricity. I as sit here, Derek and Chris are sweating their ass off doing the work. 45 feet of trench, 28'' deep dug out by shovel. I cannot say enough good about these guys or this company.
