So on my first interview, asked me about solar, which we have, home automation system, we have, 3 whole house fans, we have, led lights, nest thermostat. So turns out we had noting to buy from them, so they blew me off for the free attic fan they said they would provide Stay way far away from this company

Hello thank you for responding, I appreciate a business owner that speaks to his customers. +a…read morestar for that. I wish we spoke last year during the battle to get this job completed from A to Z. I will have to say that one of the statements you've made is untrue and I have a email to prove it. On 06/19/21 I wrote to Chris and sent her the estimate with the damage. Her response was that she would have to get back to me after speaking to the big boss. Then after we were told that no payment will be made for the repairs and we were not offered the option for your men to come out and fix it, nor did we want them too after seeing the careless job they did. I will admit our roof was a challenge and I fully blame Nate at Phoenix for pushing this project forward. However, these mistakes mentioned below and the year long battle to get the job completed should have earned me a salary with the way I had to continuously contact everyone and get everyone on board. No one took ownership of this project, that was the mistake from day one.

We purchased had a Generac whole-house Generator installed thru Saturn ... and everything was great…read morefrom start to finish. Jim, the sales guy, was great .. explained everything and gave a fair price ... Saturn took care of the Village permitting. The Installation Team was FANTASTIC !!! They knew what they were doing and worked hard and were really, really nice guys. They cleaned up after themselves and were just beyond great. Beth, Laurie and Steve in the office were great as well ! They kept us informed as we went thru the process and always promptly answered any questions that we had. Within a week of the installation, the weather 'cooperated' and we were able to take the Generac out for a test drive ... The power went out due to storms and Generac kicked on within seconds and the shut off was seamless. We had storms the next night, but didn't feel anxious at all about the power going out. We have a wonderful sense of security and worth every dime. It truly was a great experience with everyone at Saturn. Thank you Everyone !!!

Mixed feelings on this company. We had them come out and do a PM on our generator last year and…read morethey came out on time, performed the maintenance satisfactorily and didn't try to sell additional, unnecessary parts/services. Cool! Recently, we had a breaker go bad on our panel which was not allowing power to get to one of our bedrooms. Scheduling the service was quick and easy, tech arrived on time. I explained what was going on, what we did to troubleshoot and what I thought the problem might be (bad breaker). Tech proceeded to mess around with wires, asking about attic access (our panel is in our basement), and basically tinkering around for 3 hours before changing out the breaker to the bedroom, which fixed it. Why didn't he just do that first? Oh that's right, because they charge $100/hr for labor so the $20 breaker cost us a total of $331. Kicker is: he complained about how the panel was labeled yet, their company was the one who installed it originally and was the only reason we called them. (Note: panel is actually labeled really well but he couldn't grasp why the affected bedroom which overlooks our backyard wasn't labeled "front bedroom") Bottom line: they did the work and fixed the problem, but totally milked charging us for labor. I felt he took advantage of the fact that I was busy watching my toddler to charge for extra "labor".
