Terrible. They accepted the job from our warranty company. We were approved for the repair and All…read moreTypes told us they had to wait on a part to come in and that it would take a while. Several weeks later, and after MULTIPLE calls to them, they finally said the part was in and we scheduled a time for them to do the repair. On the day of the repair they did not show up or call. We called them back, got some excuse, and then rescheduled the repair and AGAIN they didn't show or call. They continued making excuses as to why they hadn't been able to stick to their appointments and do the job they accepted. So, we got fed up and called the warranty company and they told us that All Types had already reported the job as completed weeks ago and had already gotten paid for it. They hadn't fixed anything! They lied to our warranty company about it and then just stopped answering our calls and still collected for the job! Shady, shady, people. They should be ashamed of themselves taking money for jobs they never did. Scammers.

I needed a contractor to come out at an early hour since I no longer am living full-time at my old place and still had to get to work. I overall was very happy with the work and would recommend them for any electrical work that is needed.

Jim, the sales guy, was great .. explained everything and gave a fair price ... Saturn took care of the Village permitting. The Installation Team was FANTASTIC !!! They knew what they were doing and worked hard and were really, really nice guys. They cleaned up after themselves and were just beyond great. Beth, Laurie and Steve in the office were great as well ! They kept us informed as we went thru the process and always promptly answered any questions that we had. Within a week of the installation, the weather 'cooperated' and we were able to take the Generac out for a test drive ... The power went out due to storms and Generac kicked on within seconds and the shut off was seamless. We had storms the next night, but didn't feel anxious at all about the power going out. We have a wonderful sense of security and worth every dime. It truly was a great experience with everyone at Saturn. Thank you Everyone !!!
