Acme Auto Parts Inc. left a great first and last impression. Robert was the great guy that assisted me. I had a broken passenger window due to attempted car theft, and Robert was so kind and patient throughout the entire process. We played phone tag for about a week or so due to my busy schedule but Robert was always so willing to work around the chaotic schedule. Finally, I was able to have the work done and it took about an hour. Fast and efficient! The mechanics understood the assignment and handled everything perfectly and correctly. I was able to get in and out without an issue, and still was able to do the rest of my errands right before picking my kid from school. I went through a number of dealerships - the first could not get any dealer to trade with them, the second refused to reserve it for me even with a deposit, the third told me it was there when it was sold the day before. I ended up contacting Bradley of Kia to see if they could locate one, and shortly after was contacted by Grayson who told me he could probably get me one sooner than the other dealership I was talking to. I ended up putting a $500 deposit down to secure the exact model through a dealer trade and went to pick it up on my day off, driving an hour each way, only to find that it too had been sold the day before I got there even though it had been reserved for me. Grayson openly admitted this was their mistake, and general sales manager Derek also came in to apologize and told me this was not how they do business, and also let me know that if I was interested in continuing to do business with them, they would locate the exact car I wanted and sell it to me for $1,000 less than their invoice price. Grayson promised that they would do everything to get me the car I wanted, even if he had to drive to get it himself. This was vastly different than my experience at a North Aurora Kia dealership that had also told me a car was available when it wasn't. They owned up to the error and made it worth my while to come back. Within a week, they had located the exact vehicle and did a dealer trade. Their employee drove 6 hours round trip to bring it back to Bradley for me to purchase on my next day off. This time the car was waiting for me outside, and was exactly what I wanted. The dealership honored their $1,000 off invoice price, and was able to get me the price and monthly payment that I wanted. The manager stopped in and thanked me for coming back to do business with them. The car was washed and had a full tank when I left with it, and I couldn't be happier.

Their complimentary hand wash ruined the black trim on my telluride. When I spoke with the manager Anthony he said they only honor their work up to 12 months. With all Love's you cannot beat the price and location --Capacity-- Outdoor pumps can be limited, this is one of the smaller Love's and probably can hold only 10 vehicles. During the time that we visited, the station was under a major Refurbishment and there were temporary bathrooms set up. Also, there were very limited gas terminals to access. Since there was major construction going on, the car traffic and the truck traffic were not segregated well so it was a bit of a wait as truck after truck exited the area. I would not recommend this Love's until their Refurbishment is complete. Then, I think it'll be fantastic.
