We quickly found out that they specialize in brand new RVs, so we were not actually in the market for what they currently have available. Even so, I have to say how impressed we were with the way we were treated. The moment we opened that door and walked in, the whole team greeted us and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and respectful. They even gave each of us a bottle of water and welcomed our dog, Riot, which meant a lot to us. There was absolutely no pressure or attitude just because we were looking for something they did not sell. They treated us with the same kindness and hospitality you would hope to receive anywhere. It is experiences like that that make you remember a business. Had this rv for 3 years and 1 week in the service department and the battery completely dies... I can GUARANTEE they were upset I called and spoke to management about there unwillingness to schedule a PICKUP time for my $70K rig. Had to talk to finance to get them to agree and I spoke my peace about the service dept. and of course now we're struggling on loading up a vehicle which a closed service department and DEAD BATTERY... lucky for Jennifer we had an extra...
