On hold for 1 hour 45 min, no apologies and then he hung up on me! Transferred my service way back in December after the sale of my house and they billed me for January while the new owner was in it-and wouldn't work with me. This company may offer top of the line (can be questioned as well) equipment, but how is the largest richest company in the world, the richest man in the world-offer such terrible customer service. Never again-and I will post all the time about how greedy Mush is, or mush because he doesn't deserve even a capital letter. Don't buy from them-solar, cars, whatever the heck else they offer. You will be in my situation. Greeders.

I never had a bad interaction with the workers, they tend to keep to themselves and keep busy. They have a great selection of many items. I've came here for fruits, drinks, summer items, Nintendo, bed sheets, snacks, clothes, etc. The value of items is okay. One bed sheet set was 130 here , but I got it at TJ max for 70 bucks. I think for items you should price check online. Other than that, good store.

The rooms are sound proof which is nice because it is connected to a concert venue. There are also a lot of conventions there. The rooms are super clean and very comfortable. They are a nice size and we loved our bathroom. We had a sofa and a desk and all we needed was there. They also have an eatery which is really good. We loved the pool and the fitness room. What really stood out for us was the maid service, the rooms were spotless and the front desk staff who know everything about, well, everything Bakersfield. You can't go wrong here.

It's a centralized location, walking distance for restaurants. But I can't say I was happy with the stay. Meh. Unfortunately there were a few issues. To start, our keys didn't work upon check in, so we had to run back downstairs to get a new set. The showerhead was disappointing as the water pressure was subpar and the settings also left something to be desired. We did not have maid service for over 8 hours on Saturday which posed an inconvenience for our schedule in the afternoon. There was a clog in the shower/tub drain, and one of the light bulbs in the room didn't work. There was a nearby train which could be heard in the room. On the plus side, they did have some car charging stations in the parking lot for a fee (ugh). Nothing much stood out about the staff, either in a good way or bad way. We weren't in the room enough for these things to derail our visit but the overall experience left something to be desired.

I asked if they will ever serve a buffet and they stated no. I stayed and ordered off of the menu as it was the same as the former Taj Mahal's menu so I was familiar with the offerings. Decided to order the Chicken Malai (chicken cooked in a creamy and coconut curry) as this was my go-to with former ownership. It came out quickly and the spices were on point. The order came with rice and naan. I ordered the garlic naan and it was amazingly garlic and buttery. I would have preferred that the Chicken Malai was creamier (it was a bit on the thinner side) and had a stronger coconut flavor, but it was good. Definitely will need to come and try the other dishes!
