On Saturday, the double-slide pontoon experience was wonderful. However, the ski boat for our anniversary day, August 1,2021 was a total disappointment. A few hours before we were to pick up the boat, the office called and rather nonchalantly informed us that the boat was no longer available!!!! We have kids that had travelled to OK from California. We are from the Branson area and are very accustomed to boat rentals. We were informed that we could reschedule and apply our hundreds of dollars deposit on another day! 50th wedding anniversary celebration...rescheduled? Things happen, but the lack of empathy for our situation caused me to post a bad review. Cole contacted us and apologized profusely and asked how the marina could make up for the employee's lack of professionalism. I thanked him and decided to chAnge the star rating. It really is one of the best marinas we have ever used.

Stopped by a couple times after that to make sure we were on schedule but there was a note on the door both times. Showed up on my date and dropped off vehicle. Stereo was installed, not as was stated but it is nice and sounds excellent. I feel I got a good value and the installation looks good. I had to clean a few metal shavings off the sun box, but other than that it was an outstanding job and I love it. I would recommend them they do very good work. I have previously mentioned that there are not always attendants at the entrance so sometimes you just have to pull onto the conveyor belt that pulls you through the car wash on your own. During those times, no plastic bag is put over your rear window. Today when I went through the South Peoria location, there were two attendants, one of them was guiding me onto the conveyor belt, while the other one put the plastic bag over my rear window wiper. The car wash proceeded normally and I was happy with the way the car looked when I came out. When I pulled into vacuum station number nine, The driver side hose nozzle fell off as I was removing the hose from its holder. I was able to screw the nozzle back on without having to alert anyone. However, when I tried to move the hose around to the hatchback of my car the hose was barely long enough to enable me to vacuum out the rear of my car. I don't recall that ever happening before. I guess I got a short hose. There is a car mat washing machine near the vacuums. If you have flat mats, you simply insert them in the slot of the machine and it pulls the mats in, washes them and spits them out. It won't work on mats like WeatherTech though, they must be flat mats. Today's experience doesn't change my overall opinion and I leave my rating at four stars.

The cabins are beautiful and very well maintained. They are comfortable and well equipped. Staff was courteous and responsive to any need. Every cabin has a Great Lake view and they are situated to allow for quiet, peaceful experiences. The onsite restaurant is delicious and the prices are great. I highly recommend this place for a lake getaway.
