This place doesn't even deserve one star. My fiance had a $200.00 J Cole gift card stolen from her. The person who stole it used the gift card on the company website to buy $200.00 worth of stuff. The company has all of this thief's personal information (name, phone number, address, etc) and they refuse to hold this thief accountable and they refuse to do anything about this matter. Instead, to try to make things right, the owner contacted me and said that they could offer me a 10% discount on their merchandise. What a pathetic and disgusting joke that is. You want to know how much the average item goes for in this overrated store? About $100.00. Any shirt they have and any pair of pants that they have are about $100.00 a piece. These are excessively greedy people who care about their customer's wallets, not their customers. And guess what the Tulsa Police Department did regarding this theft? Nothing. They aren't investigating thefts that are smaller than $1,000. This is a slam dunk case. At most, this would take a week to resolve. It doesn't matter to them nor to J Cole. So, great news for anybody and everybody out there. If you want to steal anything from J Cole shoes, you can absolutely do it AND get away with it! Both J Cole and the Tulsa Police Department won't do a thing about it. It's not important to either of them and they'll just let you have whatever you want, as long as it's below $1,000 of course. So go ahead and go into J Cole shoes and steal whatever you want! With the insane prices that they charge for everything there, people SHOULD steal from that store. Oh and on your way out with the stolen merchandise, listen closely to the owner offering you a 10% discount. Talk about comedy. read more

I have never been treated so rudely based on outward appearances. I jumped into this store from getting a mani/pedi, wearing Jean shorts, flip flops and no jewelry. I was in need of a cute heel for Saturday evening Gala. Found a few cute items, but an associate never greeted or asked me if they could assist. I spent 20 minutes browsing and others (obviously regular customers) were greeted and quickly assisted. Wow! Probably my favorite boutique in Tulsa. Most known for their great shoe collection but they also have great clothing and accessories. The people that work there are so helpful and always get me to try new things and get me out of my comfort zone. They are always up on the latest trends, but I wouldn't say they are trendy in a fleeting way. I love their brands of shoes-new favorite is Trask. J Cole makes me so happy! Coming from LA I felt like I could have been back in the city when I walked into this store! They have an incredible selection of shoes. So unique. Most of the shoes were pretty pricey, so of course I wish they had more of a sale, but they don't seem to need to get rid of inventory. This stuff sells!! I did happen upon their sidewalk sale, which I wish had more options but I was lucky enough to find a pair of Dolce Vita sandals marked down to $35! Win! I also found some really on trend sunglasses that were only $30. They also have a cute jewelry selection. Clothing options were ok. I'd suggest coming here for shoes and accessories. You are always greeted with a smile when you enter the store and the associates go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for (and then some). :) I always end up walking out with more than I went in to buy! At their last Fall sale, my mom bought me a pair of Frye boots and I love them! The sale before that, I walked out with 4 pair of shoes off the sale table.
