Great experience! I'm a BOB (big ol' boy) and they were able to fit me, alter the suit, shirt and tie for ~$400. I paid that for my last suit before alterations and didn't get a shirt and tie! A dress shirt my size runs $75+, so this was a HUGE deal. Don't need all the alterations I needed, cost goes way down... Service was friendly, and made me feel comfortable. Alterations were done in about a week. If I need a suit, I'm coming here. Selection is awesome...everything you can imagine. Don't forget to check in...the have a coupon. We didn't use it because we felt like we got a better deal without it, and are very satisfied. I was recently looking for a suit for homecoming and almost all the places were either overpriced or underwhelming in service. But this place had the best workers and gallery of finely crafted suits at extremely reasonable prices. It would be a Crusade to find a suit store and taylor that was as easy to recommend as this place. Plus they threw in a free tie, so that helps. read more

They personally called a member of our party a "bitch" for confirming pricing on a bulk order. They told us multiple times each groomsmen would be able to pay individually and then said that it must be paid for in bulk and never actually put in the order for the suits. They simply took all of the groomsmen sizes and never ordered after explaining to us multiple times that they could each pay individually. They have royally screwed us for trying to do business through them for our wedding and after this treatment we will NEVER use them agains and I highly advise anyone else to save their time and money and go elsewhere so that you are not screwed a few weeks before the wedding. If I could give zeros stars I would. 10/10 do not recommend, save your money for better service elsewhere. read more

This is just *amazing* to me that a business owner (or any properly functioning human) would act like this after receiving a 4 STAR REVIEW (mostly on the basis of customer service). But not "Flavia B." of Suit Connection. Apparently my 4 STAR REVIEW (did you get that...it was a 4 STAR REVIEW) of her business was enough to make her go off the rails in a response attacking me. Yelp limits the number of characters in my review, so just for posterity (in case she decides to try and edit her response) I'll quote only the good parts: "If you were looking for something made in USA or Maybe Italy I would recommend our [sic] another store, where you could find what you were looking for. Looks like you are very unsatisfied with a lot of places and business in Tulsa." So, basically what she is saying is if I don't like what they have in their store, I should go shop someplace else? What a novel idea! Isn't that the whole point of a free market and, the whole idea behind being able to freely provide reviews? Apparently not, since the brilliant follow-up is: "You look like a bitter reviewer ... We have a very successful business that was not create with a Street knowledge but with a good knowledge, better than yours . Get a job" That stellar attitude prompted my first updated review (which you can read below) as well as the demote to 1 star. Apparently not able to take a hint, the owner felt they needed to troll me via a PM here on Yelp. She was apparently so enraged that I would even dare to give her business a 4 STAR REVIEW that she obviously stalked my history of prior reviews in an attempt to mark me as a serial hater (I believe my reviews have a pretty good bell curve between 1-5 stars). Below are the highlights of what she wrote in her PM, edited for brevity and readability (a lot of extra grammatically incorrect rambling, etc...). I won't comment on most of them (the adolescent behavior mostly speaks for itself, plus I don't have enough space). I do want to bring most attention however the first quote below. "Flavia B." opens with a threat to remove my review. Clearly the owner likes to aggressively go against *any* review which they disagree with in the slightest. Is it any wonder there might be so many good reviews when she make it a crusade to try and remove the bad ones? Of course, here on Yelp you CAN'T remove bad reviews. And it is even a violation to solicit good ones. Alas, the ugly truth can come out. So, "Flavia B." take your empty threats elsewhere. Onto the Greatest Hits from the PM she sent me: "3/16/2019, 3:29 AM Flavia B. Listen : I could erase you [sic] review but I prefer to respond to make clear all about you wrote . Our suits start at $ 99.99 w / free tie polyester w Wool fell and we fell [sic] so good for selling It !" and "We never said that we have the best suits in the world . Our slogan said : Look your best for the price you can afford ." and " You have a choice to go to others [sic] men's clothing to look for what you [sic] looking for or maybe make a special order from Versace !! ... If you fell [sic] that it was not for you , just walk away , good for you if you can do better ! Once you talked here that we sell cheap clothing you were making every customer going Dow [sic]." Not that I totally grasp what she is trying to say, but she sounds unhappy, right? And, apparently very angry at me. Here's a favorite: " Your ego is much bigger than your pocket for sure . " "We are done here ! Thanks for giving a chance for talk even more about our business. Yes ,we are so proud of been [sic] a successful business selling affordable stylish suits and we had [sic] dressed some of the most executive gentleman in Tulsa . We are not for you for sure because you are way beyond. We are done , it is all and tank [sic] you for the chance to advertise even more our business. Make a review about yourself and see if something good will come out . We are done here !" Hmm...I guess she isn't sure if "we are done", as she keeps on (and on) after writing it twice? I can only hope that she *is done* (acting like a 5 year old). Just in case I've blocked her from sending me any more harassing Private Messages. She can continue to rant like a lunatic publicly is she likes. I'm sure she will. Enjoy your "successful" business "Flavia B.", maybe you can work now on being a decent human? read more

I would put zero stars if I could. We were just kicked out of the store for disagreeing with their mask requirement even after we were willing to put the mask on. Simply for voicing disagreement we were denied service. The lady at this store was very rude and emotionally driven. If you like liberty of ideas and freedom, don't give them your money. read more

This was the worst experience we've ever had getting a Suit. We went in looking for a wonderful experience and what we got was unimaginable. I would not recommend this place at all! Save your money... When we went in to pick up the suit they told us to try it on at home, now we know why! Pants were totally too big, the seams were sewn crooked, the jacket is two times too big, and the dress shirt cuffs went to the mid forearm.
