My husband had recently started a position at a law firm in Tulsa, and was in need of multiple suits and FAST!!! We would normally go to Men's Wearhouse considering we are new to the Tulsa area and did not know where to go. Yesterday we walked in to Men's Wearhouse, walked around for 25 minutes waiting for assistance and employees rather engaged in conversations and did not seem interested in helping anyone. We went in Today to get some clothes for our 14yr old son it was a little busy but Erica was very efficient and got to us very quickly she asked his sizes but we didn't know them because he has grown so much in the last year she went and grabbed him a couple things and we only had to try on one pair of pants and two shirts to find him the perfect outfit she guessed his sizes perfectly, Lenette helped him get the perfect size shoes, belt and fun socks. We needed the pants that evening I was just going to use temporary hem tape but Erica offered to hem it herself for us even though they have a tailor that does that but she wanted him to have the pants for the dance that night . I walked into Pinpoint Resources needing to buy a tailored suit for my wife's funeral....the next day. I state the reason for buying the suite to highlight the fact that I was a mess, barely coherent and not the easiest customer to work with. The professionals at Pinpoint resources, even though I had literally met them 2 seconds ago treated me like I would expect a cherished aunt to treat me if she owned a tailor shop. If something doesn't look right on you, they'll tell you. Do yourself a favor, and never shop at large retailers (ie Dillard's). The service was amazing! The selection had a wide variety of suits, ties, bowties, shoes, and dress shirts. The people were very friendly and helpful and helpful throughout the whole way. Dwight, Annette, and Karen did an excellent job getting me fit into the right suit and matching the colors, they are very knowledgeable with clothes. Time and effort they've gone through shows me that they value their customers. I enjoyed shopping there and I would definitely shop there again. Not only do they have a large inventory but the customer service is excellent. I have been a customer for over 15 years and if anything the service has got better. I had a problem with a recent purchase and when I brought it to their attention they pulled out all stops to correct it, with no questions asked. A sign of a business with high intergrity. Erica was absolutely amazing. Got me completely set up With a new suit, 2 shirts, 2 ties and a pair of shoes in a very short time frame. She was very knowledgeable about the brands and pricing. She had a great sense of color and with a few suggestion from me she was able to get something that looks amazing. The two shirts and two ties match the suit beautifully.
