I said yes to my dress here this past weekend and OMG the experience I had was everything I needed! We worked with Amanda and Deb who took really good care of us. I was referred here by another bride and was so happy to have this as our first stop of the day. We made our apt for 10am which was perfect, they just opened and were still fresh and had their undivided attention since we were the only ones there. Amanda was so personable and made me feel comfortable. I found a dress I loved but they understood I had another appointment that day so told me that I could come back later if I still wanted the dress they would save it. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy there, they encouraged me to explore my options because they know how big of a decision this is and I really respected them for that. There are 2 show areas at this location for trying on dresses. I did end up coming back to buy my dress here the same day. The other store I went to had my same dress and even for a little cheaper but the service was no where near what I received at Bridal Elegance. The only minor con was we had to bring our own champagne/bubbles but they did provide a celebratory treat at the end. We LOVED our experience here. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable, always pulling new dresses for me to try. The more we tried on, the more she learned my style (despite me not being able to articulate exactly what I wanted). She stuck with us for much longer than a typical appointment would be. My biggest concern being price, she was very accommodating and gave us an excellent deal on a dress I had fallen in love with. After bad experiences at several big box and local places in both Tulsa and OKC, I didn't expect to see such great selection, prices, and service all in one little shop! My ONLY negatives would be that the owner was a little frank with the way she phrases things, and that the snaps on my dress started coming undone after trying it on only twice in store. I tried about 6 bridal shops in the area before trying Bridal Elegance. When you first pull up, the exterior is a bit off-putting. It's in a strange area for a bridal shop for sure. But the staff is very friendly, attentive & helpful. I hadn't found "the dress" yet & hadn't fallen in love with anything. They helped me try on numerous dresses until I finally found THE dress. I couldn't be happier with my dress!!! They were amazingly helpful & I definitely suggest checking them out. I was shocked at the selection of dresses inside. I was just here the other day for a bridesmaid dress fitting. The outside of the store looks a bit iffy, but inside it is gorgeous and has a huge selection. We made and appointment but it was still a little busy (since there was a bride trying things on and the dressing rooms were right next to each other), but all in all it was nice and efficient. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even offered to make us some mimosas since it was fairly early. They also were careful not to hurt anyone's feelings because bridal sizes tend to run super small. I had to size up 6 sizes from what I normally wear, but they were tactful and still made me feel good about myself. If you have a dress picked out from a magazine or something, give bridal elegance a call because chances are they will have it! read more

Unless you want to pay an extra $1200 for a used dress over a new dress... I don't ever write reviews but I had to... Overall the actual experience was great, the owner was very attentive, a little pushy but not bad. Until it came time to "say yes". Then the pushiness was taken to a new level and it made me super anxious. We got the price quote for the dress and veil (with a military discount included no less) and she wanted me to walk out with the sample dress that had "never been worn". Called a few other stores later that carry that dress and they all quoted me a price to order a brand new dress that was 1200 dollars less than what she wanted me to pay for the used sample dress. I don't know where the disconnect was or why she felt like she could take that much advantage of my family and I, but absolutely do not go here and buy a dress without researching prices for dresses. It's messed up that she would give a "military discount" to an active duty bride that was still $1200 more expensive than that dress brand new elsewhere and try to play it off that she was giving a discount. I made an appointment to try on wedding dresses for a Saturday at 11:30. The shop is relatively small and it was pretty busy when I arrived. From the get-go, the owner Deb was VERY pushy. She pulled some dresses for me and helped me into one. I came out to show my friends/Mom, but then when I was done with that she had disappeared. I went back into my fitting room and just waited a bit...I didn't know if she was going to come back and help me or if I was supposed to take it off myself. She finally came back and rushed me into the next one, then again the same thing happened. After a few of those instances, a younger consultant said she was taking over for Deb, that she was trying to do 2 brides at once. The rest of my appointment was better - Alyssa paid more attention to me and listened better. This store does have beautiful dresses, but they really rubbed me the wrong way. I understand a Saturday is busy, but I had made an appointment and felt like I should have gotten more attention. I also understand that they want to sell their dresses, but it was just way too pushy for my liking. read more

They had a lot of dresses. We were only allowed to see what the lady brought out. She was nice however, did NOT listen to our bride. She kept bringing the same type of dresses even when our bride voiced what she liked and disliked about each dress. Not allowed to take pictures. This was the first stop I made and every other place was truly not the same quality as Bridal Elegance. It is such a small and intimate moment and no one else was there. Amanda was our attendant and she was a dream come true. I showed her one picture of a dress that I wanted and she immediately found dresses that fit my body type and personal style. She made me feel special and really took that extra step to ensure i was happy with my final choice. I found the perfect dress and needed to buy it off the rack because I live overseas. They have a great selection of beautiful dresses with a staff that is so sweet and helpful. They never made me feel pressured, even when I was openly talking about a dress that I loved from another store. She encouraged me to go back to the other store and try that dress on again because they truly want you happy with whatever you decide (even if it isn't their dress). Needless to say after looking at 4 different stores, I found my dream dress at bridal elegance and it is BEAUTIFUL! The outside looks a little sketchy but the inside is a hidden treasure! REMARKABLE EXPERIENCE!!! Amanda and Elizabeth were very helpful in listening to the bride and what she wanted from the dresses. But Hope was very intrusive and snippy when it came to her likes and dislikes. We were in a bind 2.5 weeks before my daughters freshman formal due to an unfortunate experience with another dress shop. We came to Bridal Elegance and were amazed at her willingness to help, her knowledge and large selection. She was able to accommodate and adequately assist 3 customers at one time! Thankfully we found a perfect dress, and it needed minimal alterations. She was also able to direct us to an amazing tailor. I am a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding. We went to shop for the bride's dress and the bridesmaid's dresses at bridal elegance. The lady who helped us at our appointment was so helpful and very nice. When I went in to get fitted for my dress, I tried on the actual dress which was too small for me. The tag said it was a size 10. The owner then got my measurements and said I needed a size 10. I kept asking her how that made any sense when the tag on the dress that was too small said 10. She kept interrupting me and telling me that's not the real size and that I needed a 10. So when the bride went back in and was ordering everyone else' dresses, they measured them to a size 10 and they are smaller than I am. So, the bride asked them to up my size to 12. We got the dresses yesterday and of course.. I get a size 10 and it's too small. When the bride called they said that I signed off on the 10 and there is nothing they can do about it. PLUS.. they said that they suggested I get the 12 but that I insisted on the 10. LIE! read more

I was disappointed with bridal elegance. In the few times I tried this business I left empty handed and felt brushed off by the owner and staff. I looked here for my dress and felt they were friendly until I wasn't going to buy anything, then awkwardly stopped being conversational until I just left. The second time was in August I came to shop for a veil. I talked to the owner (the one who looks like jodi foster) she was helpful until I told her my budget was under $100 and wanted lace trim on it. She told me that was impossible and they didn't even have one that costs under $150. I thanked her and asked if she could recommend to us any other bridal shop that would be a fit for me. She said there is nothing better than what they have then proceeded to tell me I will only find that at some old thrift shop and cheap online where the quality is bad and looks nothing like I hope for. Totally crushed my hopes. That same day I visited another shop and bought a cathedral length veil with lace AND beading for $75. Over the phone they were snobbish to me, my sister in law, and my friend on her own wedding dress experience. Would never recommend this place to any bride. Over priced and rude. read more
