Grat service. I went there with a odd line that I couldn't find anywhere online and they were able to replace my hoses while I waited

On the 4th week I tried 5th wheel out again. I had trouble hooking and unhooking from a trailer. They even had to help. Steve called me company and told them the 5th wheel is alright and I had no trouble with it. When I called Steve and told that I felt like he threw me under the bus. Steve got very abusive and I had to hangup. I even had to block his number. He doesn't care anything about bad reviews. I would never recommend him to anybody or take my personal vehicle to him. This is still America. I have every right to feel any way I want. They don't even deserve 1 star. The way Steve treats people I'm surprised they stay in business

I am sad and disappointed to have to write a terrible review for this company…read more However I feel I have a duty to inform the public of Fleet Services of Tulsa's dishonest management. I took our truck in for an oil change and ended up with a massive bill over $17,000. The mechanics are great but the management team is dishonest. I authorized $1000 budget to track down an oil pressure problem. I was adamant that I be contacted for authorization if the bill would be over $1,000. A few days after I droped the truck off I was contacted and informed that had a big problem. When we went to look at the truck the engine had been disassembled to the point it would cost over $3500 to put it back together. This was only to diagnosis the problem. We were considering getting a second opinion since they estimated a $17,000 repair bill and had not contacted me prior to disassembling my engine. At this point I had a big bill, the intial issue unresolved and my back against a corner. The manager Steve Walter offered us a 30 day term on 50% of the final bill. This was an unsolicited offer to entice us to have the truck repaired with them. Reluctantly we agreed to have the truck repaired. They quoted us one week to complete the the repairs, however three weeks later we finally get the okay for us to pick our truck up. This time delay alone cost me over 25k in revenue. Unfortunately when it came time to pay the bill they once again dishonered our agreement. They demand payment in full and Steve Walter was conveniently in meeting's for the next two days and unable to speak with us about the terms he had offered. So they take your truck, do additional unauthorized work, get you to agree to additional work under false pretense, and then go back on their word. How can you trust anything from this company. Then to add insult to injury the account manager rushed a technician to us as we are starting the truck to take it on a test drive as if we where going to steal our own truck. I will never use or recommend Fleet Service's of Tulsa to anyone. Just plain dishonest.

Thankfully I was able to locate another road service who drove out there and got my truck back on the road. Do not use this company. As a company we depend on road service company's when a break down occurs. This issue caused us to lose time and money. Would not recommend and other Companies beware of these guys. Sir, you left truck with the valve cover off and no injector. Left us with a promise to return. I have an invoice that was paid for $1701.00 to you sir. I can send it you if needed. I bought a used 2005 Ford F-350 with around 210k miles on it almost a year ago. It's a V8 turbo 6.0…read moreengine. Inevitably the problems with the truck soon followed after purchase.. The truck had come with a limited warranty when we purchased it so we originally had it repaired at the dealership where they used up the warranty on the truck with around $2,000 in repairs covered but surprise of course they are going to choose the cheap route fixing it up and the issue returned with a vengeance a month or two later. I wouldn't be too upset with the dealership if what was going wrong was a common occurrence. However, having your drive shaft literally drop from underneath your truck while driving on the highway is to the best of my knowledge, not a normal thing... I mean this huge piece of metal literally dropped and luckily I pulled over quick enough after I felt it because this 200+ pound part moving at 60mph was dragging and dangling by a few wires holding it to my truck. That is just unacceptable and plain dangerous.. Now at this point I had gone around the Tulsa area having different repair shops fix up small things here and there and not a one seemed very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was driving, nor did they do a good job repairing the truck as well as miss other obvious issues that would become a problem in the near future. So I asked the triple A driver who could honestly get my truck repaired and get it done right. He recommended Gary and Johnston Truck & Auto Repair. It was outside of the range for what my coverage would pay for but he waived any additional mileage to tow my truck to this place and have the repairs done right. I was amazed at how quickly and effectively they repaired my truck. I mean they took care of all of my small issues with the truck I had been encountering that all of the other repair shops had failed to fix. I mean it was such a relief to find a knowledgeable repair shop with such helpful and kind employees. I was specifically helped by Kyle and I could not have asked for a better experience. They managed to do all of these repairs as well as do them right at a fair price. These issues had occurred months ago and I have had no problems since they worked on the truck. Honestly, I have never felt my truck run as smoothly and feel as right as it does now and I owe many thanks to these guys for this. They will be my repair shop for my trucks as long as I own one. I would recommend them to any truck owner and without question and diesel owner.

NOT RECOMMENDED…read more They did a decent job with the repair - as expected. My husband and I felt they weren't on the up-and-up about surprise repairs they said they found. By exaggerating the findings, charging an exorbitant price and offering very little information to back up the reasoning. We had to press for information. That felt odd. BUT - they charge $139 to look at the vehicle then they do NOT waive that if you have the repairs done. Nothing illegal or unethical - just really BAD business strategy. And the final charge was WAY more than expected!! We found out later we would've saved a few hundred through our usual repair place. And it would've been guaranteed/warrantied. We only used Gary Johnson because of their reviews and the we thought the transmission needed specialized repairs. We should have stayed with who we trusted - we didn't know they did transmissions. So we will go back to Hometown Auto in Owasso. They are the absolute best, most honest around. And, they waive extra costs if repairs are done through them.
