Although it took a bit longer than anticipated to get my car into the shop, once it was there the work was completed quickly and all issues were resolved. I do not recommend driving a Tesla, reliability of these cars are a mechanics dream and an owners nightmare, to make matters worse the service centers especially in Indianapolis is absolutely awful behind the scenes it's professionalism can not be any lower, they absolutely do not care about your car or you only interested in making the goals for the month. I've been coming to this service center since 2016 and 2013 when at Fashion Mall. It's getting time for expansion as growth has really moved up for the better. The new Greenwood location will really help take some stress off this location. Service is always impeccable and great team. Staff were amazing. Knowledgeable and professional. I was able to do a demo drive of the model X. You have to book online for the model X (always booked so you have to book ahead). They will not ride with you, and you can bring up to 3 people to ride with you. Everything was great. They do service here and other Tesla's are obviously here as well. Model S, 3, X, and Y. You might see a roadster covered up ;) This is not a typical manufacturing dealership where you buy off the lot. They do have some models you could but the best thing to do is order online at tesla.com. There you can customize and they'll tell you what to do next, real easy and simple. WAY BETTER THAN A TYPICAL DEALERSHIP. This should be how all dealerships handle delivery, rather than a customer only can buy what's on the lot. They have a showroom of a model X where you can sit in and literally touch the screen and anything you need to do as if it is yours. Great experience to see if you want one. A++ read more

Took delivery of my Tesla here and have had some service done as well. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The car buying experience is like no other. Very fast and uncomplicated. The center is clean and modern with free WiFi. Waiting to have the tires rotated isn't a bother. read more

No loaner car offered up front. 7 hours of waiting before loaner provided. Model 3 quality assurance is terrible. I have gone through 3 sets of control arms in 6 years. Suspension failure after 52k miles. $2k+ in repairs. Very difficult to reach via phone (sent to automated system when I called back). Terribly rude staff and manager. read more

The whole staffing the people the service technicians absolutely do not recommend I'm from LA I love Tesla but here I would never purchase another especially knowing I would have to resort to this place for service now mind you with a Tesla you hardly rarely ever need service or a service done so you would think the experience would be A1. Had them look at a speaker problem. They would not give a loaner car or even a ride across the street. Then the appointment was at 11:30 we walked across to the mall and came back at 4:00. My car was still in line and had not been looked at. I then see someone start jacking it up while it was still in line. They also said that it would be charged when I brought it in. Really don't think that is going to happen sense they close at 5:00 and it being fixed while in line. Awesome place to buy a car. Just don't go there for service. A 15 minute repair will make you walk across a parking lot and be there all day. Best car I have ever owned and luckily it almost never needs service. read more

With the Tesla lay off's this place is a disaster. Appointments are three months out.

The Asian guy who was working there and had tattoos was really rude and had a terrible attitude. He must learn how to communicate with clients. There aren't many service advisors available at this location to help clients simultaneously. Overall, I had a terrible experience at this location I was quite dissatisfied with the service and everything!! read more

I have worked At several car dealerships over the years that "treat you like family". And there's always a few family members working there because they can't work anywhere else. The Tesla Service Center is not that way. Everyone likes their job, wants to be helpful and believes in what they do. Before I purchased my model3 I stopped here over 20 times to ask a question, see a color, or just to visit. read more

I'm from out of town but my car's main screen wouldn't boot while on a road trip. Came in and they loaned me a P85D until my car was ready and I was on my way within 10 minutes. Unprecedented! They had the problem identified and parts ordered same day. Can't say enough good things about Tesla service (and my car in general). read more

I took my Model X for a simple charge port door repair, internet in the car is not working (can't use the browser at all). I had a 8:15 am appointment, so when I got there they asked if I wanted to wait, I asked how long. The person at the service counter told 1 to 1.5 hr. I said that a bit too long to wait. I told them to let me know when the repairs are finished and I will pick it up. I kept checking my Tesla app but nothing showed up. I finally received a text at 3:17 pm that the tesla is ready for pick-up. I picked up the car after hours. After all that the only thing that they repaired was the charge port. The customer treatment is horrible at best. Buy a Chevy or for that matter a Kia you will get better customer service. I took my GMC pick for an oil change and brake service I was assigned a person that took care of me. The truck was washed and the inside was vacuumed. Tesla is a great car if you can avoid the service department. read more

I can't drive my new Tesla! On May 18th I took delivery of a beautiful Tesla Model 3. There was a 45-day temporary license tag on the back. 'Don't worry, we'll have the paperwork done very quickly so you can get your registration and tag done,' they said. They didn't get the paperwork done. They blame a labor shortage with their documentation office. My temporary tag has now expired after 45 days so the car can't legally be on the road. BMV and Tesla will not give me another temporary tag. I can't register or tag my car until Tesla's documents office gets the paperwork done! My beautiful new car is stuck in the garage, undrivable, especially out-of-state, until Tesla gets its paperwork done. E-mails go unreturned. Voice mails are not returned. I went to the dealership and no one in management will come out of the offices to talk to me. Verbal messages are sent through the salesperson (who clearly wanted to get rid of me) that it will all work out in 10 days or less. Meanwhile, I can't drive the car! Rude, insensitive, and unresponsive. I was headed to Florida but I won't take a car with an expired temporary tag through five states, hoping for the best. That means the trip is cancelled. Great car -- that I am not legally allowed to drive. read more
