He added dedicated outlets for our new garage door opener and replaced two exterior lights. In the house he hung three replacement ceiling fans including upgrading their brackets for safety and performance. He also replaced a GFI near our porch and added an additional GFI to support our porch lights. Finally, he replaced all of our kitchen lighting including two pendants, five ceiling can lights and added a dimmer. Throughout the project, Jay's communication was excellent, he was careful with keeping things clean, even using a magic eraser to touch up the ceiling in the kitchen. His pricing was fair, especially for the workmanship and time he invested. He added panel rings to improve the look since our old plaster doesn't have perfect cuts... always trying to ensure we were delighted.
