One of my coworkers swears by Power Supply, so I decided to try it out for a few days this past week. I got an introductory deal of a free meal, which was nice, but otherwise it comes to around $12.50/meal for the regular sized meal (including free delivery if you pick it up from one of the many pick up spots around town.) Its a little more than what I pay at the various fast casual places around my office, but for a few extra dollars you are getting healthy, calorie controlled, tasty meal. As someone who loves cooking, but doesn't necessarily have the time to prepare my lunches on a regular basis, Power Supply is a great option. It would obviously be more economical for me to buy something in bulk and make my lunches for the week, but with Power Supply you are eating different things everyday, so you don't get bored with your healthy lunches! I also like that you can pick from a wide variety of options for the week. Ill definitely try power supply again soon! read more

I am not even a customer and I had a horrible experience with their customer service. I live in Northern California SF Bay Area and every time I tried to find a gym for the free delivery it kept going to SOCAL locations. I got on the chat with their customer service and the same thing happened to her but she insisted that the areas were close by....what map was she looking at? Seriously? Northern CA and Southern CA are at best 600 miles apart....I think they just wanted me to spend the money to get the home delivery set up. Staying with the home delivery I have on board right now - although I have to make the time to cook the food at least they are consistent and know the difference between NOCAL and SOCAL. Geez - kept me from becoming a customer - their loss. read more

After posting my review, multiple people from Power Supply reached out to me via email and phone to make sure my experience was a positive one. They were all very courteous, enthusiastic, and professional. The food was good. There were some meals that I wish never ended. However there were some meals that were bland, small, or relied heavily on slaw, which IMO does not taste good at all. However the service overall was great. My only ask for improvement would be locations that don't have restrictions on hours! Grocery store would be nice :) Definitely recommend and will be using Power Supply again soon! read more

After an exemplary interaction with the Territory customer service team i can now put it back to 4 stars. Once the payment system gets tweaked so that it doesn't charge on Thursdays screwing you out of meals i will put 5 stars up. Update: Customer Service contacted me immediately and is attempting to resolve my haunting issue below . I give this company an A-OK. The majority of their food is good however one meal I feel continuously HAUNTS me. I have received this particular meal several times even after informing Territory that the meal was not of interest to me. Unfortyunately even after notifying them I still received the meal 4 times within the last 8 months. Territory even implemented a review section which "supposedly" would improve their meal selection and delivery accuracy. Unfortunately this "dream" has been a major flop in my opinion. Instead I am required to police my weekly meal delivery order for (what I believe to be) their mistake. Do keep in mind this is only 1 of many meals at Territory that I find is not worth the time or price. I feel the meal lacks thought and most importantly flavor. If it weren't for this single meal haunting my orders, over almost a year now, I would rate Territory with a higher Yelp rating. Instead I feel the phrase A-Ok is indeed the most fitting rating since the company is not capable of ensuring me that the 1 meal (I identified several times) will no longer be included in my orders going forward. Personally I believe Territory should just remove the dish but alas some customers must prefer their dishes without any flavor or satisfaction. I guess those customers win and I must instead police my weekly order to ensure I will never receive this 1 meal in the future. In fact just tonight I discovered that very meal was once again in my order for next week. Their online website is beyond frustrating. This is hands down the worst shopping cart flow management I have ever seen in my life. The mobile website was so bad that my wife gave up and asked me to try on a laptop. People mostly use smartphones these days. The product managers at Territory Foods should seriously rethink how they onboard and manage their user flow. It is really bad - I needed to spend 30mins with customer service only to figure out that you literally can't order a non-reoccurring plan for 2 people(?!?). You can only make separate orders for the same address and pay the delivery fee again if you have more than 1 person you are ordering for. Are you kidding me? Their customer service was very fast and accommodating though. But the technology side of their product needs A LOT of work. read more

Life Changing. Truly. I did a lot of research to find a fully prepped meal delivery service where the meals were prepared locally and delivered at least two times per week (so food is fresh) but not daily (as that just drives per meal cost way up) and Territory literally checks every box; the meals are really good (fresh, well prepared, flavorful), well portioned, and the per meal cost is totally reasonable. Once they get your "meal type" i.e., interests and dislikes down, it's on autopilot, BUT, you do also have the option of modifying the upcoming weeks deliveries, which is a big plus. Reasonable diversity as well in terms of meal choices. They are also very responsive if there's an issue, and if so, it gets resolved appropriately and quickly. They also take my delivery box and ice packs back when they do their next drop off which makes me feel a whole lot better about the delivery footprint environmentally (I hope you are reusing those Territory!) and the meal containers go into recycling. It's been a month now that I've been using this service and the consistency, thus far, has been there. Kudos Territory for doing it right! read more

I've been using this meal delivery services for about 2 years now. It really helped me start eating healthier, without having to spend a lot of time on meal prep. I am on their Boost plan for three lunches per week. It's priced pretty moderately (my three meals usually come up to about $38-$40 per week). The boost portions are on the smaller size, which I don't mind, since it helps me to stay within my daily calories maximum. It's great for anyone counting calories, since it says on the package how many calories exactly each meal is worth. The only feature I don't like is that you have to pick your menu for the next week by the midnight of each Thursday. If you miss this deadline, you may end up receiving meals you don't really enjoy. For example, I don't like chicken and there is no option to mark it in your preferences. So if I forget to review my menu for the next week, I often end up receiving three meals with chicken. There is also no option to select your menu for a few weeks ahead . read more

I would love to give more stars here, but I have to agree with other reviewers that the customer service is not good. They have made several commitments to me, but not delivered on them, and while there responses are nice and they say things like, "we appreciate your feedback and like to learn from our customers" I have not found them to actually follow through. It is frustrating to follow through on your end of an agreement only to have the business you are paying not follow through on their end of the bargain repeatedly. I just finished 3 days of meals and am beyond happy! I am gluten-free and a VERY picky eater. Territory foods has SO many healthy choices. I work two jobs and work-out often and try to eat healthy. I chose Territory after looking at a few options local to where my sister lives. She just underwent shoulder surgery, and food delivery seemed like a good way to help her out from 800 miles away. They're clearly on version 2 of their website - easy to navigate, full featured without getting in your way. There was no shortage of delicious and healthy food choices. Bonus, the delivery person actually read the "delivery notes" on the order and called before delivering. My sister absolutely loved the food. No customer service issues like the other reviews, but really salty meals that always tasted like coconut oil (sure, its healthy but when everything tastes like a shade of coconut it gets weird over time). So I had tried territory a couple years ago and liked them. I figured I'd use them again now that my bf and I wanted to eat healthier while staying on a budget. First week was great got our meals and enjoyed them. Right before the second week of food arrived I got an email saying to put in my order before Thursday otherwise I'd miss the cut off. I go and I re order. Friday morning I see my account has been charged twice and I wake up to an email from territory saying THEY NOTICE a duplicate order. I replied to them right away super relieved that they caught it, explained what happened and that I didn't mean to order twice. After this email heard nothing back. *confused* I wait and the next day I email them to the email address they have online explained what happened and they say "sorry I don't see a duplicate order" *now annoyed and confused* I screen shot convo with first agent and send it to the second agent and heard Nothing back. Then the first agent let's me know they have cancelled my duplicate order. Okay cool! Sunday rolls around and I get 4 BOXES. My bf and I can't eat that much food. The whole purpose of us using this service is to eat healthy, stay under a certain amount of calories and not break the bank. I spent 400 in one week on food I'm not gonna get a chance to eat. As a long time loyal customer with this company, I was unable to submit my meal request adjustments prior to the deadline. I contacted customer service at 9am the next business day after the deadline. Nobody ever answers the phone, so I had to resort to email. I asked to be allowed to make meal adjustments since I had been charged for the meals due to a recurring weekly order. I received a response six hours later saying they weren't able to fulfill my request and to make sure future meal adjustments were submitted on time. Terrible customer service. They have certainly expanded, but not for home delivery or to my area. I have inquired several times and the same answer each time- "we are working on it". I started eating Territory foods due to a broken arm with inability to cook and no desire to eat take out junk food. I will probably continue long after my arm has healed. I did have a couple billing issues at first but they were resolved quickly by the office staff with little effort on my part. I think the food is full of interesting flavors. I saw someone said it was bland. I don't find it that way at all. Maybe they were choosing different foods than I am? I've been using Territory for about 3 weeks now and I am so happy I tried them out. I am someone who really struggles with making healthy dinners after work and therefore would almost always eat out. Territory has been great for helping me break that habit and eat more healthfully - I get the 5 meal package and have their food for dinner during the week. The meals are a good size portion so I'm not still hungry after I eat (I get the standard size), and there are a lot of meals to choose from each week which is great because I am a very picky eater. The food was not terrible or anything . The poor review is a long exhausting story. First off I developed allergies to most things- wheat gluten dairy tree nuts citrus eggs -so my doctor recommended this company. First issue- I called and spoke to a rep bc their allergy avoidance wasn't thorough enough online. She assured me it's fine great choice go ahead and order! Well they had misgrouped coconut ( one of my worst allergy's) . So I assumed in good faith it was part of tree nuts. Rep specifically said you won't be served that. Well one week in I go into shock need my Epi pen and a iv at doctor to open my throat as my tongue had lips swelled couldn't breathe well: guess what I was served exactly what I was allergic to. So I speak to general manager I believe who assured me I won't be served that again: she'll review all my choices and make sure I get two meals per day that are acceptable. Note- I'm using this company bc shopping and cooking is so stressful and I'm nutritionally deficient bc I only eat oatmeal and chicken since 2017. Well I just spoke to them again and they have no meals as chef prepares whatever the f. They please this contradicting their first promises. If I had been told the truth off the bat I'd shop shop elsewhere. But due to either poor training food knowledge or customer service I got screwed .Anaphylaxis ? ! Incredibly challenging to order and understand the process. After 30-45 minutes of ordering issues, company emailed stating must be a browser and clearing cookies issue. Logged on with my Mac, and finally able to place first order. Liked the first couple weeks, so signed up for recurring meals. Last week, I was unable to log in and review order due to work being really busy. Figured this was OK since I am on recurring order. Unfortunately, receiving (2) of the exact same meal and another meal same as prior week. After complaining, I was informed by yet another LONG email, that I must change the filter on my orders.
