I WILL NEVER RETURN OR REFER THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE! I clarified the price of gel nails prior to beginning, yet afterwards was charged $12 more than quoted. They charged additional for tips and to apply polish. WHAT??? Then the desk person just wanted to argue with me. I usually tip $10 for nails, but the desk person took care of that with her attitude today. Just be nice to your customers and abide by your word on quotes. read more

I've been going here since they opened. I've never had a bad experience! My nails are done by Annie and pedicure by Todd. I have used others though but I like to stick to my regulars. It's a much needed time alone to relax and they cater to that each time. Definitely treated like a Queen! I have referred several friends and they all have said the same thing. I had a pedicure today. Took my 11 year old granddaughter with me- she had a manicure. Her nails were gorgeous. My feet really needed work after this winter and they received excellent care. Only issue was that the color chart was not accurate. Polish that had the number on the chart was a different color. Mind you I was offered the opportunity to change for another color, but I chose to just keep the color since it was on my toes and I knew I would not be wearing open toe shoes. Very comfortable place bright and airy, very clean. Another thing I did not care for was the up selling attempts. I really like a small family salon in Forney name of D L Nails much better - no up selling, they do what you ask and results are great. read more

Moved to McClendon-Chisholm a few months ago and have been looking for a new go to nail salon. I think I found it here! I'm very particular about my nails and usually get Nexgen French. I have been to this place twice and, unfortunately, will never go back. They give HONEST nail salons a bad rep because once they screw you, it's so hard to trust places like this once. Both times I went, I was ripped off (only one time successfully). The first time I went, I had a picture of what I wanted. It was pretty simple, a short coffin nail (pink in color) and a double silver stripe on the ring finger of each hand. For this, originally, a man (can't remember his name) was tasked with completing. When he was done, everything looked OK in the lighting, but as soon as I stepped out I to the sun you could see the "cracking" of the acrylic. I looked at my receipt and noticed that they charged me for a gel nail when what I got was very much ACRYLIC. After running some other errands, I called the salon back and advised that my nails looked horrendous and I needed a fix. I also advised that i was charged for gel but got acrylic and the lady somehow found a way to talk herself out of that one. She basically told me what i got was gel (no, it wasn't) but i dropped it due to just wanting to get them fixed. Keep in mind, I ALWAYS TIP....I tipped the guy who did the crappy job and after going back and getting them corrected (which they looked really good once the lady fixed them) I tipped the lady who corrected them. A few months had passed and my hubby and I wanted to get our feet done. I decided to give them another chance since we were getting pedicures done and fingernails wouldn't be touched! Well, long story short, we got the gold pedicure each which was listed at $57 so simple math would tell you the total is $114. We tipped the guy and girl who did our feet $20 EACH. I got finished first and my husband had about 5 minutes left on his feet so before going to the front to check out, the guy who worked on my feet asked me if my husband and I were going to pay together, to which I replied "yes". He then proceeded to print off the receipt for us. As you can assume, his receipt said $114 (as it should have been). So we walk to the front to pay and the lady at the front asked my name and then proceeded to try and charge us $127? When I called her out and showed her our ticket she tried telling me we had someone else's receipt. I said, no your worker printed this off for us and we both got the gold pedicure (I went to the menu in the front to double check the price and sure enough the gold was $57). After advising her she said something in Vietnamese to the guy up front with her and finally came back and changed it. They screwed me the first time..it won't happen again. Sad for them, because once again we are respectful customers who tip well. Guess the lady upfront was upset she didn't get a tip. Side note: the first time I was there, she was bringing me drinks and I TIPPED HER! and this second time, the guy who brought our drinks, we TIPPED HIM! From this post, I'm sure she knows exactly who we are but I don't care...the owner of the establishment needs to know the front desk lady is ripping people off. One time is an accident, but two is not a coincidence....i work hard for my money and I don't appreciate people trying to take advantage of good people. It's disgustind behavior and it will eventually lead to the closure of the place....you can mark my words...if that lady doesn't straighten up, word will eventually get out and all of the HONEST people working in that establishment will suffer....do not go there...if you do, please keep tabs on your services (cost and product) you may be getting ACRYLIC and paying for gel, or getting a "tip" for the front desk lady added to your total...please be mindful. read more

This is a really nice place, beautiful interior and lots of chairs. Definitely a fancy place for when you feel like treating yourself. Best massage chairs I've ever been in! Only downside is that on the pedicure option I chose, it said an 8 minute leg/foot massage. My pedicurist did set a timer, however I set my own timer because I was curious and it only came out to 5 minutes. This disappointed me because even the cheapest pedicure is still expensive. So just watch out for that I guess! read more

Terrell Nail Bar is a great place. My husband and I go on a regular basis. I'm pleasantly surprised how many men get pedicures now. This place is super clean. There are at least 40 massage pedicure chairs. They offer beer, wine and other mixed drinks. Super friendly people. And prices are in line with what you would expect. read more

Love the salon, very clean, very friendly. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 star is because I Was getting a full set color acrylics and I had to tell the lady that was doing my nails to fill in the edges, it looked bad. I paid $56, which was a decent price. I then called when it was time to get a fill and asked how much it would be and they said $51. To me that is way too much for a fill it doesn't make sense to charge a full set $56 and then a fill for $51, it's less product they use for a fill. read more

Well... When my sister and I went to get our nails done, we were seated very quickly, however, it took forever for us to get the color book. Then, it took almost 20 minutes for us to get started with our nails. The process started off fine but quickly worsened! My sister looked over at me multiple times saying that her tech was hurting her and being very rough with her nails, not taking her comfort into consideration. ( Granted I do not know her techs name because they we not wearing name badges nor did they tell her their name) Then I got started with my nails, the lady started off very gently, but then continued to get more reckless. (Almost seeming as though she didn't know what she was doing) Then as the process went on it almost seemed like a race between mine and my sister's tech. Then I noticed that my tech got very lazy when dipping my nails getting the dip powder all over my nails and then getting it onto my skin, and it hardened and fused to my skin. Then when I finished my nails, which I started after my sister, she was still getting hers dipped and shaped. She finished a good 30 minutes after me. Not to mention it costs $55 per person including a $5 dollar fee for tips on our nails. I have definitely been to cheaper more efficient places near this one, and will not be coming back! read more

I was way overcharged at this nail salon. The first lady, Cassidy could not do what was asked and then got frustrated at me when she could not do the work. I was quoted a certain amount for the nails and got charged a lot more money than what I was quoted. My daughter had her feet done before her nails and they did not match the color of her nails so we asked to have them redone and they charged us an extra $28 with some attitude like it was an inconvenience. Needless to say I paid an atrocious amount of money that I would never have paid for at any other salon for two sets of nails and a gel pedicure. I was never offered a drink of any kind just a whole lot of attitude. I spoke with the manager Christine who was extremely rude and denied telling me a certain price for our nails. Refused to give me back the money owed for overcharging me. I will never return to this salon. read more

Absolutely terrible service. After over 3 hours of sitting in a chair I received the worst set of nails I've ever seen. This is also the second time we have waited this long for sub-par service. And to top it all off it cost over 400 dollars for 3 dip sets and 3 pedicures. Dont waste your money read more
