HVAC We purchased our home in 2016 and a week later, the AC unit blew out- and summers in this area are HOT. We called Terrell Moseley on the advice of the real estate agent and they promptly fixed the unit and the cost was reasonable. Over the last two years we have had them out twice- and each time, they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and in one case, did a little work around until the proper part could be ordered and received. Well, the main unit finally gave up the ghost in 2021 and we obtained quotes from a variety of local HVAC providers. TE Moseley not only listened to all the variations I wanted quoted, but was the only business that quoted the job a few different ways, as requested. To top it off, their cast was the best of the pack. Technicians showed up on time and completed the replacement within the quoted time frame, left the house looking the way it did when they got there and were super friendly and courteous. Terrell E Moseley has installed systems in two houses for us. The second house was a very complicated project. The house is over 15,000 square feet and only had radiator heating when purchased. Terrell E Moseley installed new duct work throughout the home working with the contractor on hiding it. There are no visible signs of retrofitting the home for duct work. They installed highly energy efficient system the keeps our home comfortable throughout the year with burdening us with high utility bills. I have already recommended them to others. read more

I was having fan problems in the outdoor condenser/compressor unit on a Saturday afternoon, and I called Terrell E. Moseley's after hour service. Jason got there very quickly and was very knowledgeable and honest about the problem that was occurring. After trying multiple things, he was able to get the system running again. As it turns out, another HVAC company had replaced the fan motor start capacitor a couple of years ago, and that part had already failed. I would highly recommend Terrell E. The worst company I have ever seen. I purchased a home in 2003 and wanted a new heating system installed. I called different companies to come out and give me an estimate on a new system. Every one came out including terrel e moseley. Each company sent me an estimate except Terrel E Moseley so I called terrel e moseley and was told they had the estimate ready and would mail it out to me that day. I waited a week and never received the estimate so I called back and was told that they would bring it by that day since I was only a couple blocks from them. Well its now 2016 and still no estimate.I purchased two units for my home from another company in 2003 and they have worked great until November 2015, I called terrel e moseley to see if the could come out and check my unit that was acting up thinking that since they were only a couple of blocks away they would get here in no time. I was told I would have to talk with the owner about my problem who was out at the moment, I was directed to leave a message on his voice mail which I did, needless to say after leaving my message with my name address, phone number and my problem they never returned my call, I called back a couple days later and was told to leave a message, left the same info again and never heard a word from them to this day.
