In every case they have responded promptly (that, in and of itself is unique) and their work is excellent. Most recently the water heater they installed started leaking after about 5 years. It was leaking internally and through no fault of the installation. I contacted Cardinal to ask about the warranty and was told it was still in effect. According to the manufacturer the warranty only covered the cost of replacing a faulty heater. After the new one was installed Keith told me that there was no labor cost as well and that a new water heater should not have had any problems this early on. That was completely unexpected. They are truly a rarity in today's world.
