Of course, because nothing goes smoothly, when it arrived the box was damaged and our sign was broken :( Not only did they deal with UPS to handle they claim, they sourced and coordinated another neon sign vendor nearby our office to come and repair the breaks for us! It took me 7 long months of failed attempts with 3 businesses (1 that I previously worked with and 2 who came highly recommended) before I came across JLS Design and Graphics. I called and left a voicemail and received a prompt response. From then on, all correspondence was via email (which is what I preferred). I sent him my logo, a photo/dimensions of the area I wanted to display the sign, and asked for his recs. His recommendation was spot-on and captured my vision perfectly. The mock up was beautiful, pricing was extremely fair, and the sign came and was installed exactly 3 weeks after I placed the order. My sign is BEAUTIFUL, exactly what I wanted, and perfect quality. (I'm a stickler for detail and there was not one single smudge, dent, or nick on the sign.) Omar and another gentleman (I didn't catch his name) were quick to install the sign and were happy to make adjustments until I was 100% satisfied. I'm so pleased with the sign and my entire experience with JLS. Thank you, Jerry, Omar, and team! My only regret is not working with Jerry sooner, and for every sign.

Dogs do not respond to screaming demands, no living creatures do!! Dogs require calm and assertive, I have trained from Rottweilers to lhasa apso, cattle dogs and Arabian horses, all living creatures respond to calm loving relationships. 2: I was not informed of the closure during December, ergo I had to wait for the business cards 3: I am a detailed person, and did explain exactly what I wish to have, some of the details where missed and the quality of the photos did not show as expected. Worse, I did toss out all the business cards, could not wait to leave the place each time, due to the screaming at the owners' dog, triggered too much in me, with having my dog whom I would leave in my car, Aspen is not subjected to such treatment. I wish for this business to take some of these suggestion and hopefully improve. Both Father and owner were pleasant to me and the price, well I had my cards redone, a new place was perfection with $100 less in cost for more cards. She responded immediately and, despite being very busy for the holidays, painted an absolutely beautiful portrait of our late dog based on some photos that I sent her. Amy instinctively chose our favorite photo and absolutely nailed the essence of our beloved pet. She went out of her way to make sure that she would have it done in time for Christmas, was very communicative and responsive during the entire process and was very reasonable in her pricing. LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE TO PRINT!!!…read more So, the first time I printed a workbook I'm creating, they said the size was wrong and couldn't print it. I'm like can't you fix that out with your equipment? I haven't printed a whole lot at a pro-printing place, so I wasn't sure what they were capable of. However, they stated they could not. At that time it wasn't really a big deal, so I was like okay no problem, let's just fit-to-page it's just a BW tech print, I just need to see it printed all together vs scrolling endless pages in Canva. No big deal. However, I asked for the correct size so that I can fix it for the future. Honestly, I thought this was the Universe helping me take care of it now vs later. I had only googled A4 pixels and I thought that I had it correct. We talked about it at length and they gave me the pixels of 2550 x 3300. We discussed it a little bit further since that was literally double the size of the current document, the person I spoke to assured me this was correct for A4, and so I got the BW print, then spent nearly 2 weeks reformatting the entire document to this new size. Then another month or so finishing the workbook. I later came back to get a full color print to see what it actually looks like and to my surprise, again they tell me the size is wrong and they will have to print "fit to page". As you can imagine I was instantly angry. However, as I don't have two weeks to reformat I asked them to go ahead and print, and please reflect the correction of this whole situation in the price.. However, when I went to pick up the book, not only was it nearly double ($175) what I was quoted last time I was there ($97), but they did not reflect their mistake in the price and then tried to blame it on me!! Telling me how it's not their responsibility to advise how to properly size a document and how their fees don't reflect whether or not the document is correct, but how many pages it is and if it is color or black-and-white SERIOUSLY!? You are a professional printer, who better then to tell me how to size a document? Should I ask a bricklayer? Or a baker instead? As you can imagine at this point, I was completely flabbergasted, and quite frankly disgusted. So I paid $175 for a workbook that was incorrect due to their incorrect advice. And this time it wasn't even like a normal fit to page with just a tiny little bit of white around the edges. It was massively wrong like nearly half an inch all the way around and nearly an inch at the bottom so... I can't even really tell what this looks like. It's a complete waste of money. Honestly it was probably correct the first time and they just don't know what they're doing! Not only will I not print the other 10 FC samples that I wanted to print, but I will never ever print anything there again and I don't advise anyone else to either.
