We really liked her approach looking at the health and longevity of the trees, as well as taking into account the slope, rocks, drainage, etc. Lauren wasn't just looking at how much money the company could make, but rather how to best keep the trees safe and healthy. We recently had a couple of stone walls rebuilt . When we moved into our home the walls were almost none existent as the stones were scattered everywhere So recently Lauren and her crew did a fantastic job of restoring the dry stone walls whilst maintaining the historic integrity of how a wall would have been built in the past . A pleasure working with Lauren at Terrapin Tree Care who is knowledgeable and provides useful information based on her and her company's yrs of experience. Terrapin Tree Care applied for and secured the permit & approval from the village, simplifying the process for us. Lauren kept in touch and scheduled the tree removal job shortly thereafter. The crew and their work were excellent. They arrived on time, were professional and pleasant, introduced themselves, and almost immediately began work preparing and then executing the task of removing one very large tree from our backyard. These guys demonstrated tremendous climbing skills and maintained thoughtfulness and care throughout the job. You could see that safety was a top priority and important to these gents as they worked their way through cutting limb by limb and finally cutting and dropping the final trunk...with significant satisfaction, as this was a decent size tree! The guys did a solid job cutting and, at our request, placing the logs along the fence. They removed the smaller branches and shredded them before leaving the place looking nice & clean. After we contacted them, we got a call right away, the rep came over and walked around our front and back yard with us, discussing all the possibility of what needs to be done to clean up and keep it safer.
