I made an appointment for an estimate online several days ago and received an Email reminder…read moreregarding the date and time. I arrived well in advance of the scheduled time and watched 3 employees enter the shop. They left me standing in the cold for 20 minutes after the posted opening time (lights off, door locked.) When I entered the reception area, the very pleasant receptionist informed me that the shop manager would not be in until 9:30 (appt was for 8AM), and that she was to take photos of the car; they'd get back to me. She said that the manager has decided that he'll be coming in at 9:30 every day (shop opens at 8AM--per the sign.) When I made the appointment, I noted that this was for an estimate on moderate damage from a front-end collision. This is no way to run a business.

Someone smacked my car at Speedway Gas station and ran so I went through my auto insurance and did…read morea claim and they recommended Burnside Collision. First off, I absolutely hate taking my car to get fixed BUT I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Nick! Let Me tell you... He was so professional, so knowledgeable, and so caring while servicing my car. He mentioned that he had to take my car to the back and mark it up. He pulled my car around with a million markings on my entire car. Lol he wanted to show me exactly what they were going to fix, what they were not going to fix, and how. Nick also reminded me of how much gas I had in my car. After leaving my car in their car, Burnside sent me text messages of estimates of how much it would cost and how long it would take. I was looking at a 5 day turn around. The next day, two days later, I received a phone call stating my car was ready to go! Not only did they fix my car, they cleaned my car and as a courtesy they also fixed my lightbulb! When I picked up my car, Nick was there to greet me. He pulled my car around and explained to me every single thing they fixed! First off, it's nice to have the same person to work with the entire time. Second, It's refreshing to experience working with good businesses and knowledgeable associates and to top it off, they have a warranty on what they fixed. I'm so happy my car insurance recommended them! It's pricey, but it's So worth it! P.S the receptionist was bomb as well! She remembered who I was and asked about my kids! She was super sweet, patient and always had a smile on her face! 5 stars for her too!

This car was not bad, however the top of the vehicle still had dirt on it. It had not been buffed out properly, the drivers seat had not been cleaned let alone dyed as the ad stated, the exterior trim was not dressed. All in all I could have had a couple kids off the street do just as good of a job and saved $50 bucks. Save your money or go somewhere that takes pride in what they turn out.

"Hometown" told me that it was…read moreneccessary to remove the dashboard and heater box from the vehicle (a pretty big job) in order to install the new control cable, I believed them and was chárged over $800.00 for the job. Later, I wondered about a detail of the job and called them to ask.about what condition the freon charge was in when they started and finished the job. The manager was out so I got referred to one of the guys who had worked on my car. He told me that they didn't have to disturb the freon chàrge since the cable was replaced without removing the dash or the heater box from the vehicle, a service for which I had paid several hundreds of dollars. Save yourself a lot of money and take your car to someone who charges only for work actually performed insteàd of these guys!
