I will be returning to try one of her facials. Overall, I was impressed by the various treatments they offer under one umbrella. I am definitely considering a membership. I am a New Yorker and may just brave the commute!

I love getting the IV drips - the last one I did was the New Meyers which helps boost the immune system. I always feel better after my drips. The Cryo and sauna are great also. I am a lifelong athlete, play competitive tennis at high level and as I have gotten older, recovery clearly has become more of a challenge. I had cut back a few years back on Restore due to a relocation and only so many Health & Wellness activities can be supported at a time. Anyway, this past summer, i walked by the Restore in Stamford, i saw my old friend Duane who is now District Manager. he showed me the new cryotherapy chamber and some of the other changes made at this facility. I signed up for a monthly package of 14 treatments and began to use before tennis matches this summer. When i was in Fairfield area, I went to the Restore up there which is also superbly run. I started with the new cryo chamber at 2 1/2 minutes andnow do the full 3 1/4 time...Incredibly great. I ask for the same song every time, "Under Pressure" by David Bowie and Queen because when I am doing my steps in this chamber, i sure feel Under Pressure! Then i come out and feel amazing. Interestingly, I started winning all my tennis matches before cryo! It just put me in such a positive frame. I now do red light regularly as well as the compression therapy which is very soothing. I have tried the sauna....still need to do better and with winter coming, I will do so, The staff at Westport is terrific and I do not know all their names but walking into Stamford earlier, i was greeted by people who really like what they do and make me feel very welcome. Melanie is a sweetheart; Cinzia put me in the cryo chamber today and is always smiling. Ella is a pro. AnnaLisa very nice. If you are super athletic and want to work on recovery, I highly recommend. I have done IV treatments in the past and the team of nurses (Julie Cebo and others) is top notch!

I have done 5 sessions costing me $1500! Not even a cm off my waistline!! I'm positive there's no effect even after 5 sessions because I did not gain weight, and my waistline remained the same. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Restore Hyper Wellness in Mount Kisco…read more Before my service even started, I went to the front desk and clearly explained to both the employee and the manager, Mark, that the card on file would not be able to be charged that day, but that it would be able to be charged the following day. I explained this multiple times to make sure there was no confusion, and I was repeatedly assured that it would not be a problem. After my service was completed, however, I was suddenly told that I had no choice but to pay that same day. I was then made to wait an additional 30 minutes while they dealt with the situation, unnecessarily wasting my time. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that they contacted my mother, despite the fact that I never provided her phone number, never gave them permission to contact her, and was never asked for permission to do so. I found that extremely inappropriate and concerning. When I tried to address the situation with Mark, his attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He told me, "Next time, don't come to this place if you don't have money." That is an absolutely unacceptable way to speak to a customer, especially after I had clearly communicated the situation beforehand and was told it would be fine. Unfortunately, the entire experience left a very bad impression. Between the poor communication, the unnecessary 30-minute wait, contacting someone I never authorized them to contact, and the way I was spoken to afterward, I cannot recommend this location. There are much better ways to treat customers.

Terrible. They had been requiring unnecessary anesthesia to pad their bills. This had been going on…read morefor years until the insurances caught on and stopped it. That not only caused excess billing, but also made it much worse for the patient. Not only the negatives of excess anesthesia, but, they used that as an excuse to insist on patients having someone give them a ride. They also insisted it not be a taxi or Uber. Who then is left? A company called Care Rides that they were affiliated with, and charged enormous amounts of money. One time a patient couldn't afford Care Rides so he had to drive himself home, which he did with no problem. Then Wilton Surgery Center sent the police to his house, claiming that he was driving under the influence of drugs. Now the insurance companies have caught on to the unnecessary anesthesia, and stopped it. Thus, Care Rides no longer operates. In addition to this aforementioned horror, service is rude and all around terrible. The phone is often not answered. Messages are often not answered. Appointments are cancelled same day. The staff is often rude and insolent. Hours are limited. Forget about anything like going after work. Count on missing a day's work if you go here.
