I said I want square and very long (I said long 4 times) & I did not leave with long nails... I put on my appointment that I wanted a design but due to delay, we ran out of time for the design. so now I spent $190 on nails I made an appointment for & not what I anticipated leaving with. There are so many other choices in the area.... This is a luxury service for most people I was hoping for a better experience.

This was a great way to spend 15 minutes prior to boarding my flight. I have to say, they were clean, professional, helpful and positive. The front desk clerk was helpful and kind, and the masseuse, Kinny (pronounced Kee-nee) was strong and did a beautiful job! Yeah... it's pricy. It is airport service, after all... but I was happy to tip the worker (who isn't making the owner's money) well for her most excellent service. I hope the desk clerk gets a cut too. I will keep this in mind for the next time I have a little time to kill between gates. read more

They had random boxes of tea on a shelf in the waiting area..... Overall, if you get a "deal" then I'd say come here. The therapist was finishing with another client and when she left I looked around expecting to see someone else. I was alone in the big, quiet building with a 50-something year old man dressed in black. Besides being creeped out that is also unprofessional, especially when a male is treating female clients. You should always have someone else around for the clients safety and comfort and therapists (so they don't get accused of anything). Since the groupon was a gift I hadn't looked into the clinic, but soon realized it was a chiropractic clinic. The groupon was for a swedish massage but the therapist did a lot of just stretching my arms and legs (which I didn't really care for and couldn't relax because of the atmosphere - being alone and the bright room). He also was cracking my fingers and toes with is painful and creeps me out, but he stopped when I asked. The massage was very mediocre and I honestly didn't feel much different after leaving. When I was leaving, the therapist asked me to fill out a survey on the computer. Again, this seemed unprofessional and he was standing right there so I felt pressure to write a good review. :( Overall, it wasn't a very good experience and I was happy to get out of there.
