Left drip coffee and the smaller cup was a cappuccino.
    Joy W.

The cafe is inside the Long & McQuade Musical Instruments store, in a semi-industrial area. There was a portable sign on the sidewalk of the building otherwise I would never have considered that there was a cafe was inside. We had a drip coffee and a cappuccino with lactose free milk at an extra charge, together it came to $10.45. There is a counter and a few tables and chairs for seating which are lined up in the middle of the cafe and music instruments store. There were two tables at the front of the coffee pick up area reserved for people with disabilities. The baristas was informative and efficient. There bags of coffee for sale. Plenty of parking is available right outside along the building.

Coffee is simply lovely. Highly recommend the flat white for any coffee lover. They roast the beans in house, the place smells amazing. It can get a bit hectic with the music shop, but it's worth the stop in.

This is a cozy little coffee shop tucked inside a small plaza/mall. I really enjoyed their coffee! We tried their seasonal yuzu coffee drink, which was super refreshing, and a hot latte, I liked that you could choose the type of coffee beans for it. We also got a pastry (I can't remember the name), which had a crunchy exterior and a filled center. I didn't enjoy it as much, but it wasn't bad, just not my favorite. Service was really good, the barista super patient and giving us recommendations. Bought our drinks to the table for us and told us the best way to enjoy the drinks. Overall, it was a good experience. We stayed for a bit to study, and the atmosphere was nice for that. The yuzu drink was a bit on the pricey side, but their other coffee options are reasonably priced.

Terminal 3 Roasters is a cafe located in the lobby of Cosmo Music. A recent Yelp experience introduced me to this business. It has been great returning for good eats and drinks. There is plenty of parking outside Cosmo Music. I parked and entered the main entrance. Terminal 3 is on the left. My friend, Sandy, advised that Starbucks used to be where Terminal 3 is. It's nice that a local cafe has taken over this spot. Terminal 3 has baked goods. They are from Cho-Kwok-Lat in Markham. They are yummy, but don't last long. It's best to get there by noon to have a decent selection of baked items, from mocha pillows, to beef sausage. I have enjoyed a mandarin danish. It has a nice slice of mandarin with mandarin marmalade in a flaky danish. Delicious! This cafe is known for its pour-over coffee. I got an iced mocha and it wasn't as acidic as coffee can be. The chocolate flavour was excellent. I like that there are dairy alternatives, such as oat and almond. I got mine with the former. The cool part about getting an iced drink is looking at the large bevelled ice cube. As someone who appreciates ice in beverages, this one looked fancy and did a nice job keeping my iced mocha chilled. There are seats and tables, but they are limited. If you are able to nab a spot to sit down and savour your drink with a baked good, it's enjoyable. I like this cafe. The natural light makes coming here cheerful. The food and drink are excellent. I'm a fan. (432)

This cafe inside Cosmo Music store used to be a Starbucks. I learned from a Yelp elite event that it was replaced with this new location of another growing U.S. chain. It was so good, I had to return with my daughter to share the new-cafe-in-Cosmo experience. The fact that it's situated in a music store might seem a bit strange at first, but given the size of the store and the fact that it actually provides a great atmosphere to relax, it's quite conducive to adding a coffee break at this destination. The seating is a bit limited, with only 3 tables that are taken up by the usual working at the cafe crowd. There are 4 additional bar stools at the counter. Food items sell out very quickly here, because they are absolutely delicious and unique. There were 8 varieties of flaky pastries available the morning we went, until we bought the last one of the mocha croissants, and watched the last savoury pastry get sold as well. We had a mocha, and an iced mocha. The quality of both the food and beverages lives up to their higher price tags (2 beverages and 2 pastries came up to around $28 after taxes, before tip.) The pastry is unbelievably light, crispy flaky, and blessedly un-mass produced tasting. The beverages are equally high quality, not least because the beans are freshly roasted on the premises. The artistry of the foam designs, and even the interesting ice cubes, make them look almost too good to drink. My only disappointment is that you can't get a receipt unless you give your phone number or e-mail address. Depending on how far away you are from the location, it's worth it to come in for the cafe alone. It's definitely something additional to look forward to when we need to make a trip to Cosmo Music. I'd be happy to visit other locations.

Great coffee from this second location aside from Lakeshore Service dogs only A lovely cafe inside a music building with limited seating They have cold or hot beverages and a variety of pastries. The building is service dogs only The owner Moe was lovely and motivated to learn and be inspired for more coffee creations. Definitely a cute spot for a quick picker upper

What an oddly adorable spot I'm not going to lie. This place confuses me a bit. It seems to be located in an odd spot, in a seemingly industrial area. It looka like a lobby coffee and sandwich shop (which I guess it technically is) - the kind that would rely on foot traffic from the building. I cant imagine even with nearby local offices it ever gets busy (there were only three people in line with us and all "to go"). But the menu item seemed OP with items like mushroom brie pastries. Go figure.

it was a bit hard to find it didn't see many signs that point out the place . Walking in was amazing with all the music shops/ schools and the strong smell of fresh of coffee . The service was amazing everyone was super nice and attentive . I ordered a latte with a dessert cake . I also bought a hot chocolate for my daughter and we shared the desert We got to go cups in case of a spill . Seating was limited we did wait until some one gor up . There is plenty of parking . Smelled so good we bought some coffee! They do sell a variety of their coffees available ":) overall experience was great but a bit pricey !

Super excited for their soft opening in RH! It's located inside the cosmo music building. The baristas are knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you might have. We got the pour over, cortado and pistachio pastry (from Cho Kwok Lat in Markham). The drinks were excellent. They also have beans and merchandise, so you could do some shopping right after. I would definitely come back!

    Sausen J.

Yes it's located under Cosmo Music so it's very unassuming but a great coffee place. The bean selection is good and the baristas are friendly. There is only limited seating though.

As others have mentioned, they are located inside Cosmo Music. The baked goods come from Cho-Kwok-Lat but unfortunately, they sell out fast so I did not have a chance to try them as I went later in the afternoon. They roast their beans on-site which is nice! They only have a few seats available making this place more of a takeout spot. Overall, great coffee and a ncice vibe -- I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area.

Okay I don't know what to expect but I was blown away. The coffee is amazing, I had a mocha with Colombia roast so it had hints of toffee and it was heavenly. Even more so I love the mocha croissant. The creamiest in the middle and mocha flavours. Perfect pastry, but they do sell out so come early ! The service was top notch, friendly baristas and you could tell they have a passion for their coffee roast. Yes this cafe is located in the cosmo music building which is the perfect setting. I heard someone playing a saxophone in the back round and it was so relaxing.

It's great to see Terminal 3 Roasters opening another branch in Richmond Hill. Tucked inside a music store, it has just three tables and a bar counter. They offer plenty of pour-over options and white coffee, along with a small selection of pastries. The pistachio jam pillow I tried was delicious--packed with intense pistachio flavour, which I love, and the cream was incredibly smooth. The service was warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back for more coffee!

That level of care really comes through in the cup; you can taste the depth and intentionality in every sip. I ordered the vanilla bean iced latte, and it was easily one of the best espresso bases I've had in a while. The shot itself was rich and layered: deep, chocolatey, and nutty striking a really nice balance between bitterness and acidity. It finished with a smooth, almost creamy note that made the whole drink incredibly enjoyable. The only downside is the size-to-price ratio. At around CAD $8.50 for what felt like a 10 oz drink, it's definitely on the pricier side for something that goes down this easily. Still, I'd absolutely come back when I'm in the mood for a more premium coffee experience. (Funny note - the barista and I had a small rant together about how people order "iced cappuccino" and macchiato expecting Starbucks milk sugary drink instead of the "proper" shot with dollop of foam. I understand their pain hahah)

We arrived at the small plaza with a small parking lot today (Saturday) around 10:15 a.m. & luckily enough, it was a quiet start to the day as parking was plentiful though I can imagine it being a bit hectic during busy times. This location (there are 2 others) is in the plaza right next to the Richmond Hill location for AI Sushi. As soon as we entered, we were promptly greeted & seated at a nice corner table. Shortly after that, a nice gentleman came to placed a QR code at our table asking if we've been here before. After we said no, he explained to us how to order using the QR code. We can all scan and order individually then it shows up as one large order for the table. I think he said he can split the bill if needed & we would just need to let him know. The place itself was nice. A bit above casual with around 20 tables inside. Well light and seemed clean. I ordered the Thai red curry pasta with clams, hubby and our friend both ordered the chicken and waffles, and my cousin ordered the mushroom benedict. We all ordered a drink (hubby a flat white with the rest ordering some type of latte). Our food came pretty quickly. My pasta was delicious and had good heat (spicy kick) to it & the red curry sauce was full of deep rich flavors. I enjoyed the clams but they were a bit small so it's taste got overpowered by the sauce. I would have preferred it if they gave me fewer but larger clams. I had a taste of my hubby's fried chicken & it was really good. The batter was well seasoned & crispy but not oily and the chicken thigh was moist. The staff know what they are doing there. We were asked whether we are enjoying our food & they always made sure our water glasses were full. I highly recommend this place & am looking forward to my next visit there!

I bought a couple of buns as a customer since then and I'm hooked! Bun Appetit is located at Commerce Gate. It's located closer to Highway 7. It's around the corner from Kinton Ramen, which I have been to a handful of times during the pandemic to pick up good eats. I found a parking spot steps away from Bun Appetit on a Wednesday evening at around 6:15 pm and backed in to it. It's easier to find parking when it's a weekday, in the afternoon. Bun Appetit's breads are naturally fermented for 168 hours. I liked that all buns and breads are gut-friendly and low on the glycemic index. I'm always interested in lower sugar options. I have sampled these items: - Baguette - Whole wheat walnut vegan bun - Lychee bun - Raisin earl grey bun - Oreo chocolate delight bun - Matcha pistachio pretzel - Whole wheat German pretzel - Yeast loaf with Nutella They were all delicious. They were soft and airy. My favourites were the whole wheat walnut vegan bun and the Oreo chocolate delight bun (also known as the messy hands bun). The former had whole walnuts that were so crunchy and fresh. The bread was chewy and soft. The messy hands bun used dark chocolate. It was also fluffy and soft. It lived up to its name. I had messy fingers just eating a morsel! It has 9 g of sugar, which is practically nothing being fermented. I liked how unique the flavours were. I loved the smell of the lychee bun. I wish it had lychee pieces in it. Instead, it was wine-infused and that flavour overpowered everything. I loved the yeast loaf with Nutella as a dessert option. I nearly picked up a loaf after this event was over! As a parting snack, I got the truffle mushroom one. It was the last one. I love mushrooms. It was super delicious with truffle oil, enoki mushrooms, spinach, garlic, and melted cheeses on top. The bun was soft and perfect. It was such a gourmet bun. I have since returned to get more buns: - Strawberry beetroot - Chocolate arancia The strawberry beetroot bun was fluffy. I decided to cut it in half. To my surprise and joy, it had whole strawberries in it. Wow and yay! I love fruit, but I wasn't expecting so much of it in this bun. I loved it. It was naturally sweet from the strawberries. The beetroot wasn't noticeable in flavour. I feel it added colour to the triangular bun more than anything. The chocolate arancia was equally as unique slicing it in half. This bun had candied orange bits in it. It tasted so good with the chocolate morsels on top and the subtle chocolate flavour in the bun itself. It was delicious. I need to return for more. I have found the buns of my dreams, which sounds odd and funny. It's all true! I paid with a credit card. You can register your phone number to collect points towards goodies. I'll be back. (185)
