An affordable Japanese joint in the area of New Dorp. The inside was very clean, and there were plenty of seatings. I ordered chicken teriyaki over rice with extra beef as an add-on. The quality of the food itself was decent but oily at the same time. In my opinion, the chicken tasted better than the beef.

Really love the atmosphere and how clean this place is. Food was great and the service was quick! Would recommend. There are a lot of tables inside for dine-in and the line moved quick for take out. Friendly staff.

This was my second time here and it was much better than the first. This time, I asked for the chicken to be cooked longer and there was a nice golden crust on most of my chicken. Affordable quick meal. Can't complain! The inside is also brand new and very clean for people that want to sit inside.

Got chicken over white rice with extra sauce. They gave me no meat and one drop of sauce...

Eating here now and I just had to write the review while here. I am so pleased with my food! I got the Beef and shrimp bento box. It's so flavorful! I didn't wait long, it was week cooked and very hot when it arrived. Money well spent. Loved every bite!

Intimate seating, as per usual omakase dining experiences, with only ten seats. Ambiance is quiet,…read morenot super formal but we felt we had to keep our voices down. Cocktails were a reasonable price, they do not offer wine, and many sake options. Most are quite pricey, but the warmed sake was $28 for a carafe. We got two and split it between the three of us. They warm it in the microwave, which I thought was slightly awkward, as the microwave was in the main dining area, near where some of the alcohol was stored. Our dining experience started off with three appetizers. They were interesting but not quite that flavorful in my opinion. The sushi coming out after we're much nicer. I especially liked the pickled vegetables on top of a few of the pieces. I mentioned in my reservation that I was a pescatarian and as they only asked for food allergies before they began and not preferences/dietary restrictions, I did not mention it. I wasn't offered anything instead of the wagyu piece so I ended up giving it to my friend. They were, however, very mindful of my friend's shrimp allergy. Bill ended up being $136 for the 16 courses plus the drinks, tax and tip.

Omakase in Staten Island?! Yes!! This was a wonderful experience and meal we had. The interior is…read moreso cozy and really nice. Our chefs were amazing and funny. He made sure throughout that we are good. The staff never stops refilling my tea. We were about 10 mins late due to traffic and the chef waited for us to start!! Thank god there was meter parking next to the restaurant. All the pieces and starters were super fresh. My favorite was the Hokkaido scallop, Wagyu, and striped jack. The soup with scallop, seaweed, and mushroom really warmed me up and was perfect before we started with our pieces. We ended with coconut panna cotta with red bean paste hand roll for additional price ($22). Overall, what a great experience and delicious meal. Definitely coming back again!!
