Customizable and flavor options for even the picky eaters 2) Price- with everything costing $20 for lunch this place is an alternative for cheaper options. $8-$15 options are hard to find. Especially out this way. 3) potions- you will get full. This is a meal that will satisfy you but won't leave you bloated. I appreciate that you can add whatever sauce you'd like. 4) Service- Always a welcoming smile upon entry. Staff is sweet but on the ball. Chicken is tender and delicious, veggies are high quality broccoli, zucchini, cabbage and onions, all fresh cooked, and the owner is so friendly and personable. It's a fast casual place with a simple concept--choose your protein (chicken thighs or breast, steak, salmon, battered fried orange chicken, etc) and you can choose their standard teriyaki sauce, spicy teriyaki, orange sauce etc, your base of white or brown rice, fried rice, noodles, (or for no carb get extra veggies), and then if you want veggies or not. My favorite is the chicken breast teriyaki bowl with fried rice and veggies. Sooooooo good!! I have also tried the spicy chicken, orange chicken, chicken thighs, (all good) and noodle base. Everything has been exceptional. Also they put a bottle of their teriyaki sauce on all the tables so you can add more if you want. After looking at other Yelp reviews and the menu we selected the Spicy Chicken combo (drink & egg roll) with the white rice base and the steak teriyaki with a brown rice base. You have other options of a base; vegetables but the noodles & Yokisalbo style are an additional cost. A small container of teriyaki sauce is provided with your meal. They have 3 sizes and we got the regular which is a decent size portion. Our meals were hot and flavorful with a good amount of protein, vegetables, & rice. The decor is more on the fast food style vs a casual style.
