Great food & service, love the teriyaki chicken and crab Rangoons! Everything is so fresh as well

The food they serve is just fine. The teriyaki chicken had some nice vegetables, and the chicken itself was nice and tender. But I sat at a dining table at EAA AirVenture, and the franchise owner happened to be sitting right across from me. He was loudly using the F-word in front of children and customers, as he described all the challenges of getting his event location set up. This changed my feeling about this restaurant entirely, and I won't be back. Some people should not interact with the public. Or perhaps he needs some remedial PR training. read more

The greeting was very warm. She explained on how it works and made it easy for us to understand. We got our food quick and it was spectacular!!! They even came and asked how things were!! I came here a couple of years ago with high hopes, unfortunately I was pretty disappointed. I paid more than I would at Panda Express and I was underwhelmed. I'd rather go to Panda Express or even China 1 because I'd pay less and get more (and tastier) food. It was edible, albeit underwhelming. read more

Great service and healthier food for a quick bite. Super cheap for what you get and as a college student that is what I look for.

It took 30-40mins for food to come out. Several folks were waiting when we ordered. Had we known, we would have left. Venue itself is clean and obviously new. Service was not bad either. Nice, friendly, helpful. Unfortunately, the food was subpar. The fried rice was very mushy. The amount of protein was laughable. You order for more protein but they piled on the rice to make it look like a lot. Veggies were okay, not the freshest of options. Dipping sauces were bland as well, nothing special. We got dipping sauces for the teriyaki as well as the crab rangoon, each a different type of sauce. Overall, not impressed. They do offer a points/rewards system, but do not think it's worth it based on the quality of food served today, also that wait time was a bit egregious. They were not short staffed, full kitchen with 3 front servers. Will not be back to eat again. Happy eating! read more

I ordered the large 2 protein bowl with veggies & fried rice to quickly taste test the best to worse. Order inside for faster service. The APP is 45 min. - 3.9 out of 5 rating: Chicken Teriyaki with slightly charred grill marks was the bomb dot com.! Very good! Chicken was moist, not hard, cooked perfect. Just enough Teriyaki sauce that it was not sticky sweet or salty. - 3/5 Steak Teriyaki. Philly style, thin sliced steak with no gristle mixed with Teriyaki sauce. - 3/5 Steamed vegetables. Average, good if you are a low carb dieter. Sent back to Nate, the manger. - 1.5/5 Fried rice. Horrible! A victim of being swamped by orders. Lumpy, wet, pudding like white rice balls soak/mixed with Teriyaki sauce. Clearly a large batch, processed, overcooked sticky steamed rice soaked in oil/steak juice. Chomping down on a piece of mushy, oil/ overly sauced rice while enjoying great grilled chicken can turn you off the meat experience altogether. Improved Fried Rice replacement! - 2.9/3 Fried Rice. The restaurant manager cooked a complimentary replacement bowl of steak teriyaki over less sticky fried rice. Still room for improvement. read more

Easily the worst fried rice I have ever eaten. It was so wet and mushy. Basically uneatable . The chicken teriyaki was good, as was the orange chicken. But for the very high prices $15 for the bowl, you can find much better food for the money. read more

I've seen the owner outside of his business yelling at people pretty much any time I've been to starbucks or the Taqueria. I had their food when they first opened, the rice was horrible and the chicken was raw. When told them my chicken was uncooked, the owner got angry with me telling me they get it pre cooked and it's not their fault. The food was good , but the crab Rangoon was a disappointment. Imagine eating a wonton , no cream cheese at all.

The food is good and priced reasonably. I ordered mad spicy chicken bowl with noodles and veggies (large). The portion is relatively big. I could eat it for lunch and dinner. My son ordered the chicken katsu bowl. He said he preferred my choice. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. Ordered spicy chicken with fried rice, teriyaki chicken with yakisoba noodles, potstickers, and crab Rangoons. The spicy chicken arrived at our table with NO FRIED RICE. It was served on an (uncomfortable) bed of undercooked veggies. Teriyaki chicken DID NOT make it out to our table because instead I was served teriyaki SALMON. I won't lie the salmon wasn't terrible. The potstickers were soggy and flavorless. The Rangoon wraps are thicker than Kim K after she sat on a bees nest. Very let down and won't ever be coming back. Ps: all that was ordered was 44 dollars. Fried rice costs extra and we were not given any. read more

We placed an order through Door Dash at 4:30PM yesterday and the food arrived in 30 minutes. We tried the crab rangoons, steak bowl with noodles and mad spicy chicken bowl with fried rice. Everything was excellent! The portions of veggies and protein were very generous. The veggies were nicely stir-fried and crispy, the steak and chicken were well-seasoned. The mad spicy chicken was hot! And the crab rangoons were very crispy. It was a wonderful meal and a great break from all the burgers, brats and cheese curds we've been eating all week at Air Venture. We'll definitely be back next year! read more

I Order the Mad spicy chicken at least once a week. NOTHING on this menu will disappoint. You also always get excellent service when I go.

I ordered the spicy steak with fried rice. My wife ordered the orange chicken, fried rice, and veggies. We picked it up and took it home for supper. The steak was nice and tender. My wife said the orange chicken was excellent! The food was still very hot when we arrived home. For being a new restaurant the speed was quite fast. Great job! We will be back soon. read more

Insane wait times for fast food waited 33 minutes for two teriyaki chicken entrees. The wait is insane for a fast food place. Will never be back. The restaurant was packed with people waiting for two entrees and a side of noodles was over 30$ save ur money and go else where for portion sizes. read more

Food is great! Staff is great! Can't wait to eat here again! It's amazing to add a unique style of food to the Oshkosh area.

Would not recommend ordering online if you have a job that has a limited lunch break. Both times ordering went in and waited an additional 30 minutes after pickup time. Sad to see that they can't get it together hope they figure it out. Maybe some people should come from corporate and lend a hand. Good luck when EAA rolls in next week. read more

1000% do not recommend. The owner treated me with so much disrespect it's unreal. I ordered from his app, received confirmation and an estimated delivery time. I then get a phone call from their location stating someone stole my food order. Instead of remaking the order and sending it with the proper driver, they just canceled the order and we got no food (which I paid $70 for). He told me I should contact doordash (who I didn't order from). Doordash then calls me stating they refunded him and he should be refunding me and I should call to confirm. He says no that doordash should refund me (they stated they had no payment information in our phone call). So he is literally stealing $70 from me (to which he was refunded). My card even has a charge from Teriyaki Madness. He then proceeded to say extremely rude things on the phone. Never have I been treated so poorly by a business owner. I do not recommend and will tell absolutely everyone. So disappointed that a business owner thinks he can treat customers like this and still have a business. read more

Decided to give this place a shot after it opened. Sorry to say, but the food here is maybe one tier above just going to a regular Chinese joint to get stir fry. The food was absolutely overly salty and the crab Rangoons were severely undercooked because of the way the wrap was terribly folded. My wife, two kids, and I threw our food away and just left. Save your money not worth it. read more
