I've been here 2 times in about six weeks. Both times the food was fresh, and tasted excellent. The food is a little bit on the expensive side for what it is but there are cheap ways to make the bowl. If you aren't paying attention your bowl can easily be 15+ after options without a drink. Both times I ate it was around lunch time and it was a little dirty inside the restaurant and in the bathroom. There were quite a few employees working as well so I feel like it should have been cleaner for the amount of people on the floor. That being said, food was excellent, fresh, and cooked well. The place was not very clean. Which should have been the first sign not to eat there. They had several young men cooking. Some wearing gloves some not. When my food came out it had a bug with it. I let the young man know and he apologized and wiped it up. I told him I could not eat my food after seeing the big. He offered to cook my husband and I another dish, but if there was one bug I'm sure their would be more. We told him we were leaving. I mentioned to my husband I wanted a refund. We hadn't even touched our food. The poor kid didn't know what to do. They need some older people working in there to know how to handle situations like this. Needless to say I won't be back. Heard about this place for a while so when the opportunity came up to drop by, I took it. The interior is set up to mimic a fast food restaurant and quality is at that level. I ordered the steak teriyaki bowl with yakisoba noodles which triggered an up charge for the noodles. While there is an impressive array of carb possibilities listed and promoted by the staff, the addition of an up charge for some is not part of the spiel though listed in the small print at the bottom of the sign. It should be more transparent. That aside, what arrived at my table didn't match the price. The regular bowl is somewhat small but what really threw me was the mealy consistency of the meat and noodles. I informed the cashier it was our first time here and if they didn't mind walking us through the process. The cashier was very friendly and walked us through the process of ordering. I ordered the junior bowl combo with spicy chicken and yakisoba noodles. The combo comes with an egg roll and a drink (which are all Pepsi products). The chicken, noodles, vegetables, and egg roll were very delicious! My partner ordered the large bowl combo with spicy chicken, steak teriyaki, yakisoba noodles, and vegetables. I ordered my little junior Mini bowl although the menu said the tofu with spicy I asked them if they could make it non spicy and they were able to accommodate. This means it's fresh and ready, The vegetables inside the bowl were fresh. They gave me an extra little Mini cup of teriyaki. For a quick Asian food place, this is really good! The bowls are fully customizable and there are 3 sizes to choose from.
