Service was friendly but not terribly quick. The food was amazing. We started with crab rangoon, and I couldn't believe how packed with crab and cream cheese they were. Best crispy crab wontons I've ever found. We ordered two rolls, Bad Daddy and Oregon Duck. When they arrived (right after the salad), they were huge! Two of us barely ate more than half. The rest, we took home and had for lunch the next day. I loved the rolls and crab rangoon, both. Prices were very reasonable, and portions are generous. I'll happily return again.

The food is delicious and packaged very thoughtfully. We got katsu curry, Gomoku Udon, and chicken karage. All are fantastic. Curry has rich flavor and the katsu is perfectly breaded and fried. Dashi broth is seasoned well with an intense fish flavor. Noodles were cooked just right. Chicken karage was a little on the dark side, but still had great flavor. Service was prompt and he was the nicest gentleman! Blink and you might miss it, the location is pretty hidden in a parking lot. Definitely support this small business if you like Japanese cuisine, you will not be disappointed!

Fish was fresh but the scallop one all you could taste was the Saracha. I also ordered Pepsi and hot tea. Hot tea tasted like hot water. The miso soup though was really good. Also the soft shell crab was good too. The service was great and place was clean and looked fun with there art on the wall. Good music was playing and people seemed to enjoy themselves there. Just I expected great sushi for a place that was manly serving sushi.

The issues started when ordering. There were two vegetarians in our group, and while many of the ramen dishes listed an option to add vegetables, I wanted to confirm whether the broth itself was vegetarian. Unfortunately, our server repeatedly said she didn't know and didn't offer to check with the kitchen. One ramen listed a miso broth, which is typically vegetarian, but when I asked about that specifically, I received the same response. To be safe, we ordered the clearly labeled vegetarian ramen, while my husband ordered the miso ramen. His dish arrived almost immediately, while the rest of us waited at least 15 minutes longer. When his ramen was delivered, there was no explanation or indication that ours was coming shortly. He tried to eat slowly so we could eat together, but he was nearly finished by the time our bowls arrived. One other small but noticeable issue: it was around Christmas, and the holiday music playlist was extremely limited. We heard the same songs rotate four times, which became a bit distracting. My advice would be to invest more in server training, especially around menu knowledge, and perhaps update the music playlist. With some improvements in service and attention to detail, this place could be much better.

At that point we were still hungry so we ordered immediately after we finished because it was last call, but we were disappointed. We saw other people who place their order after us get their food before us. It's like they purposely try to stall until last call for people who do the AYCE. Their food also wasn't the best quality for their price. Unfortunately as excited as we were before coming in, we won't be back.
