I found two great contenders for my dress, but I wanted to focus on the service on this review. Gabriella A. - is the sweetest, absolutely no pressure on anything, picked up on cues of what I liked and didn't and made great suggestions and noticed things I didn't even pick up on that I liked or kept going back to. I would come again just for her, so sweet, supportive, and overall I think made our experience so enjoyable together. I 10/10 recommend going with her if you try on here. And no I'm not in any relation or sponsored and I hardly ever leave reviews- she just definitely loves her job and is great at it and it shows. Claps and snaps girl- you are the VIP. The selection they have is great, reasonably priced I'm looking at two dresses ceremony/reception that fit my budget actually. The store is open and spacious and no one was near us at try on - felt like we had our own corner. Overall just a lovely vibe.

Not sure how this got 4.9 stars. The service was terrible. I messaged earlier in the week to…read moreconfirm whether they had the most wanted dresses on my wish list (in order from most to least wanted) and they said they had most of them. I had sent a sizable list so I figured that was okay because I wouldn't have time to try all of them on anyway. My stylist literally only pulled 2 of the 9 I sent. She then lied and said all the others were out of stock when I know for a fact I saw at least one I sent in my list on the racks. Although we arrived on time it was about 20 minutes before my stylist checked in with me and 40 minutes before I got my first dress on. We didn't maximize the time we had and then were rushed out when our appointment ended even though we started so late. It was really disappointing. The stylist here told me that most of the dresses available online weren't in stock anymore. I had chosen this store as my top choice because they seemed to have a greater inventory than others and actually had photos of their dresses online. It doesn't help if it's not actually up-to-date. When I messaged them again to report on my experience and ask for updated inventory checks on my top dresses to make more efficient use of time for my second appointment, I received no response. In contrast, when I messaged their Westminster branch a day later, I received a prompt and detailed reply. Likewise, other bridal shops asked for me to fill out questionnaires with my style preference, send photos of my inspiration, or let them know which of their dresses I wanted to wear, then had them ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. Really disappointed with my experience here. They had some pretty dresses but the lack of organization and mismanagement of time from my stylist really ruined my first experience at a bridal shop. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because there were some really pretty dresses for decent prices and they can adjust the dresses with pretty straps for strapless dresses. However, I would recommend going to another Luv Bridal location if possible.

At that point, I wasn't sure I would ever find a dress that I truly loved, especially one within my price point. However, Lynette was an absolute godsend. She took the time to listen carefully to what I liked and suggested dresses that perfectly matched my style and personality. She was also very mindful of my budget and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. The shop itself was warm, welcoming, and such a comfortable place to try on dresses. Since my wedding is still about 11 months away, they had no trouble helping me find something that could be ordered in time. They explained that they typically need at least six months' notice for a dress to arrive, which made the process feel very manageable and stress-free. From the moment I stepped into the shop, it was clear that Candace truly loves what she does and is committed to helping every bride find their dream dress. I couldn't have done it without them, and I'm so glad I came here. I cannot recommend Hanna Bridal enough and would highly encourage any future brides to save themselves the hassle and start their search here first!

They made it such a fun experience and had a great selection of dresses both with my inspiration in mind and others they thought I would like! They offered a lot of advice and were so hands on, both helping me button up the dresses and fanning out the trains and even trying on different veils! They also encouraged us to get lots of pictures and video of all the dresses I tried on, in all the angles of course!
