This was one of the places I went when I was looking for a desk for my office…read more During Covid, desk and other office furniture have become hot items. They only had two when I went and neither one met my requirements for what I needed for my office. One of the hazards of shopping consignment stores in that you are limited by what people are willing to sell paired with the market demand. Kept looking and ended up ordering new and got lucky and got the first and only one on the Office Depot truck when it came in. Still if you are patient or you really have not figured out what you need, this couple be a good deal. Staff if very friendly and helpful and will to do anything they can to assist you in your search.

We had reasonable success with the few things we consigned with this business. But when we were…read moregoing to take a few more items, we found the phone number "temporarily disconnected". Eventually, we drove by and found the store had been vacated. So despite what Google might return showing that the store is open, not so. As we had a few dollars owed to us for prior consignments, I attempted to track down the owner (Kayce C. Staehle). Turns out she has a law office in town. I called her office (704-625-6170) and was assured by her that the business was closed, that any consigned goods had been returned, and any monies owed had been paid. Well we were never notified of the business closure nor received any final payment. Perhaps the small $ amount due us just fell thru the cracks. I hope no-one else has the same situation

Absolutely not worth your time, especially if you're driving any distance to visit. The store feels…read moremostly like a discount/outlet store that also sells some donated items they receive. They get clearance merchandise that never sold from places like target and Kohl's. They obviously get a lot of junk from Amazon pallets too. The store is massive but a ton of the racks are the same exact 30 pairs of jeans priced at $20 so don't expect an incredible selection just based off the square footage of the building. Beyond that, a LOT of the donated clothing they choose to put out is very heavily worn with very obvious flaws such as massive tears, bleach stains, and fast fashion that is literally falling apart and needs to be in the trash. Yet they'll still put a $10 price tag on a pair of jeans with a huge hole in the crotch. The prices are much higher than other chain thrift stores around it, and the quality is awful. Beyond the actual merchandise, the store is depressing. I used the restroom and there was no toilet paper in ANY stall in both the women's AND men's bathrooms! Not a single one. And no paper towels! How is that possible? The floors are dirty, the people who work there are not friendly, and the donation process is "park outside with your flashers on and hope someone actually comes out to assist you". Do not waste your time.

Overall not too impressed with their items. This was a mix of Ross/Michaels with a thrift shop…read more Strange to see food with used items but good for people who cannot afford much. I probably would check expiration dates. There was a ton of clothes. Unfortunately I was not looking for clothes but looking for pottery and mugs. Their prices were about average but for some of the knickknack stuff it was a hit or miss. Good selection of clothes, ok selection for blankets and not too much household stuff. The employees didn't really take notice of us which I guess isn't bad. It's a thrift shop not a salon.

I noticed this shop next to Modern Fabrics and stopped in before they closed. As they noted on…read moretheir bio, they specialize in vintage furniture and home decor items from various eras and styles. Condition for the furniture is noted on the tags so you're aware of any wear and tear before you purchase. I saw a variety of pieces that were early, mid, and late 20th century. (Ex. Bar stools from the 50s, airline bags from PanAm, etc.) They arrange the furniture in a neat styling so you can have some inspiration for what the pieces could look like in your home. The gal working there the day I went was very friendly and said she would be happy to help if we had questions. We did browse on our own without assistance as we wanted to see what was there before the shop closed. Pricing was pretty fair - I saw a range with some pieces being a little on the lower end (like a trio of stools for $1000) and higher for other pieces. At the end of the day, it's a place to find a unique furniture item without buying something cheaply made that has character. There is a small lot for this shop in front. I had no issues finding a spot there when I went.
