That raises a very legitimate question: if the item was not received by the organization you identified, what actually happened to it? At this point, I am looking for transparency and documentation. If the item was donated, please provide proof of the donation, including the date and recipient. If it was not donated, then please explain where it went.Your response focuses heavily on the contract, but it does not address the discrepancy regarding the item's final disposition. As a customer, I have every right to question why the information I was given does not appear to be accurate.From my perspective, being told an item was donated to a specific place when that place states they never received it creates serious concerns. In an old Tudor style home, this shop has a lot of clothes and jewelry. Only thing upstairs is a room for vinyl and vintage cameras. One rach of tshirts. Fans were on cause it can get warm up there. I think it was 6 rooms to shop in. Make sure you check every space because the halls had art for sale. I did see sitting space outside. I was there 1.5 hr and no price so I was promised a call once they got the price and I was going to have someone pick it up for me. Waited 2 days and was told I would get a call back. No call, called back. Again no call back, then finally today I am told it was probably put back up and maybe the message about calling me was lost. Said I could come look for it again and they would price match, yeah and why did they not do this the first time. I told them the price range from the beginning, but refused to sell it. This was very important for my grandchildren's photoshoot. Now I am stuck trying to find matching outfits again at the last minute. This was very very inconsiderate service.
