I had purchased the wrong equipment, wired my house wrong, and installed a versa box which left a hole in my fireplace (all because Tollbrothers had rushed me through the process or frankly gave me the wrong info to start). Johann never acted frustrated that he was dealing with a less than ideal situation. He never showed frustration with the situation, but simply offered me astute work-arounds and solutions.
