Yesterday I called to ask him if he could check one of the cables, which turned out to be okay; I then realized it was the plug on my camera. When I asked if he could put an ethernet plug on the outdoor camera that I have, he called his boss, who then said that they would NOT do that for me. As a result, I've had to buy another camera--and they charged me the trip charge. I won't be using this company again. They supposedly do low-voltage work, yet were unwilling to do the simplest thing. Time to find a company that can do more than run a piece of wire. This company won't last long with this kind of service.
