I'm glad I followed the reviews to repair a dryer that would not heat. I was extremely happy with their service, sent off a video of the dryer going to show my happiness. They noticed it didn't sound normal and they called to see if they could come by to see why it was making a banging sound. They fixed the banging sound and I am officially a happy customer! They are friendly and cost effective. I was so worried it would cost me a lot or they wouldn't be able to fix it or do a bad job BUT they didn't. Very satisfied.

When the technician named Jordan came ( for a $135 fee) he diagnosed my dishwasher and washer repair and after a conversation with his "boss" quoted $875 to fix them. When I told him I wouldn't pay that he said "how about $400". I showed him the door. Then I went in Angi's list and a repairman name Kaje called me back diagnosed my problem from a video sent to his phone and said it wasn't a problem at all I just had the dishwasher set incorrectly. He told me how to fix it over the phone and it working perfectly. (My bad). The door to the dishwasher still needs a new spring so it won't fall to the ground when opened and he is coming to do that for $75. The first "technician" was clearly a part of a scam system using the toll free number listed on this website.

Then they wanted to charge another quote of $2800 to get that fixed. Incompetent staffs from front office call service, first sent the electrical tech for mechanical service after provided details of the problem and charged for that trip then sent a 2nd tech that probably never repaired this type of mixer and he was googled for information to diagnose it and asked to bring the mixer to the shop which I agreed. A week later, a mixer was returned broken worst than before it only ran in 1st speed. After back and forth calling to find out why it wasn't repaired correctly the first time then they claimed the wrong parts was used and it was putting together backwards. Then they proceeded to give me another quote of $2800 to get it repaired properly. At this point, I have no trust or confidence of their service.
