WOW!!!!! In life…read morethese days Customer service these days is definitely not always great......But not at BreakerPro. Our power was at risk of being out for 4 days straight, and Evelyn their CS rep went above and beyond to make sure all avenues were looked at to get our power back on. Even when my landlord wouldn't! Thanks to Evelyn we were able to get power back on next days and without her would have been in a really unfortunate situation. Can't say enough good things about Evelyn and her customer service. Good to know there are still great people out there willing to go the extra mile to help those in need.

I used this company to have 2 ethernet cables run from my tech closet to different parts of my…read morehouse. The first time they came out, the tech ran the wire, but balked when I asked if he could put ethernet plugs on the wire. With low-voltage wiring, what good would it do for me to have ethernet run if there were no plugs?? After a call to his boss, he did put the ends on; the first time it failed, and he had to return to the house to fix it. Yesterday I called to ask him if he could check one of the cables, which turned out to be okay; I then realized it was the plug on my camera. When I asked if he could put an ethernet plug on the outdoor camera that I have, he called his boss, who then said that they would NOT do that for me. As a result, I've had to buy another camera--and they charged me the trip charge. I won't be using this company again. They supposedly do low-voltage work, yet were unwilling to do the simplest thing. Time to find a company that can do more than run a piece of wire. This company won't last long with this kind of service.

I had to survive for 24 hours like this. I called them up and they came in the morning earlier than expected. Communication was outstanding and once they called Jose Valenzuela came within 20 minutes as Forney can be congested. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and went onto the attic for checking. He figured out there was an issue with the capacitor and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the price is quite high $583 dollars and tried to sell me a membership to reduce the price of maintenance cleaning and then sold me a recommended item with capacitor which was another $560 dollars, but told him no to do the minimum as it might be a gimmick piece. The price was the only complaint I had. After Jose was done in 30 minutes, I paid through check. Anyways next time I know to change the capacitor within 5 years after watching youtube videos.

The outlet looks great and works perfectly. If you need electrical work done in your home, I highly recommend EZ Fix Electric. Great service, honest people, and quality work for a great price! I was assigned Texas True Appliance Repair through Frigidaire for a scheduled service appointment…read more The appointment window passed without a technician arriving and without any communication regarding a delay or cancellation. At 3:52 PM, after receiving no call or update, I contacted Frigidaire because it had become clear that no one was going to show up. During that conversation, I was told Texas True Appliance Repair had called and texted me. The only communication I received was the original appointment confirmation text. There were no missed calls, voicemails, or additional messages. No service was performed, and my time was wasted waiting for an appointment that never occurred. I hope Electrolux and Frigidaire reevaluate their partnership with this service provider, as this experience fell well short of reasonable customer service expectations.

He was here all of 5 mins., we talked about the recent storms and power outages. He told me the microwave (built in GE) was beyond repair and probably due to power surge. I informed him that we only lost power for a couple of hours and that the microwave worked afterwards as I used it about 4 more times. It didn't stop working until the next day. He took a picture of the label and said ok I will send report by Tuesday. I was told by my warranty company that he submitted it as dead due to power surge. When I called the office to complain the dispatch lady followed up w/him and she called me back to say "he said you told him it was power surge" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? 1st of all I didn't and 2nd of all, if he is the PAID technician it's his job to diagnose. The only tool he used was his phone to take a picture of model and serial # and he even asked me how old it was. If it was a power surge, that should be a moot point. Very DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY!
