But JLC were competitive--without skimping on product or workmanship quality. Not only were they responsive to all questions & concerns, but they were timely and clean. There is something more I'd like to add (without trying to sound too melodramatic): As a single woman, many companies take advantage and/ or dismiss our worries, but I really could not afford (financially or mentally) ANYTHING to go wrong, so when I responded about a few things that weren't done quite right, they responded immediately to come and correct those things until I was satisfied. That said, I will be contacting Jacob's Ladder again for all future home improvement projects.
