    Happy hour deals!
    Angela D.

Best margaritas ever! They have a ton of different flavors but the house marg is good too. My husband got the habanero marg and he was spiced out for sure and our buddy got the Frozen House Marg. I enjoyed a margarita on the rocks with Herradura Añejo and it was excellent! We got the chicken quesadillas as an appetizer and they were really good with fresh pico de gallo. They have happy hour from 3-6 so we tried to go back the next day with a larger group but they were super busy and our group didn't want to wait. Jen at the bar was the best! Super friendly and the best taste in earrings!

Great decorations all relating to TEQUILA! Had nice service at the bar. Great spot to share a carafe of sangria with 3 people. We got 9 glasses out of it, granted you will have ice in your glasses! Not too sweet and not too dry! I'll have to come back and try the food some time! It was a good spot for a drink before we all got crabs at the Crab Bag.

Came here REALLY hungry. Left unsatisfied because the margarita I ordered was basically just juice no liquor. The Popeye Enchilada (I added chicken too it) was NOT good. The rice looks and tasted so off. I'm not sure how the others are reviewing this place positive. The only good part is the staff being nice but that's it. Would not recommend.

Tequila Mockingbird is a small, Tex-Amex place around 110/115th street! My friend and I went around 6pm and had to wait 25 min before getting seated. The restaurant was packed, which is always a good sign. We were eager to eat, so we ordered our food as soon as we got seated. Within 10 minutes, we had 3 ginormous tacos in front us. I got the short rib tacos and my friend got the chicken ones. We left full and happy :)) Menu hack: their chips and guac is $15, but your table comes with chips. We just ordered a side of Guac for $3 and essentially had the same thing

TM has been around for many years and this was my first time back in quite some time and I found it very changed and not for the better. They still have a large selection of margaritas but many are made with premade mix. Prices are higher than they should be for the quality of margarita they serve. I cannot speak for the food as we did not have any but it looked and smelled very good. Service is attentive but could be more friendly.

    Seafood Enchilada & House Margarita

Seafood Enchilada was amazing. The rice was fresh with some hot of lime and the Black beans boasted some dark flavors. Couple all of that with a house margarita and this lady of mine was in heaven. Great service but we opened the place this day at noon!

Our Order: We ordered the Chicken fajita with refined beans anfld rice, Atlantis burrito, and an El Nino soft taco. For our drinks we got a sweet tea, a Negra modelo, red sangria, and a mockingbird margarita. Execution of Our Order: Our food was cooked well, although it was seasoned at all and was sadly quite bland. The sangria was different if you like spices in your sangria this is for you and if you don't like spices you won't like this drink. The margarita was good and it was made correctly. Seating: Very spacious with only indoor seating they have tables and booths. Staff and Services: Staff is very friendly and welcoming, sadly service here is extremely slow and one of the waitresses had their kid here and was letting them run wild in the restaurant which is inappropriate. Drink Menu: They have a rather small drink menu but the drinks are made correctly and taste good Food Menu: They have quite a nice selection on their food menu. The menu selection is quite extensive. There is definitely something for everyone here. Prices: $$ Sadly in this case the price is not worth the quality of food you receive. Cleanliness: The restaurant was clean, the floors were up kept very well, and the tables were clean. Ombiance: Quiet and family friendly. Overall Experience: My overall experience here was rather lack luster. Rating: 5/10 Recommendation: I definitely recommend this place for mixed drinks and the wine. However I do not recommend this place for food. Family Friendly: Stroller/Wheelchair Friendly:

We ordered a variety of street tacos, including the adobo costillas, chorizo, al pastor, and chicken tinga. Every one of them was flavorful, well-prepared, and packed with authentic taste. The salsa selection was outstanding, with each one bringing its own unique flavor and heat level. The charro beans were rich and savory, while the rice and black beans made excellent sides to round out the meal. What stands out most about Papi's is the consistency. Returning customers know what they're going to get: great food, generous flavors, and a reliable dining experience. If you're looking for excellent street tacos in Ocean City, Papi's continues to be one of the best spots around.

I was disappointed that they didn't have chilaquiles on the menu (pictured here on Yelp, but not on their website - my fault not theirs). We got costilla tacos and a brunch combination. Really cannot complain about either. There's a collection of bottled hot sauces on the table and a bunch on the menu to order and customize as well. I was tempted to go with 3* here but the tacos were good, eggs were cooked perfectly, and the prices are reasonable especially considering how close to the beach you are.

Because of that, we respectfully asked about getting a refund. The staff told us only a manager could approve refunds, but the manager wasn't there at the time. No alternative solution was offered -- not a replacement meal, store credit, or any way to help resolve the situation. Since this is a family-owned restaurant it left us feeling stuck and unheard as customers. I understand policies exist, but spending that much money and leaving without being able to eat the food or get help addressing the issue was very frustrating. I hope management can improve how situations like this are handled so other customers don't have the same experience.

The food was amazing. The pour over, fresh ground coffee served with a shot glass of sparking water to refresh the palate set the stage for the care and level of food quality and service we could expect. The egg and cheese quesadillas were mouth watering and left us wanting for more. The egg and chorizo Mexican torta was so huge I didn't think I'd be able to eat it all, but each bite was rich with authentic Mexican flavors that I couldn't stop. We topped it off with the beautifully baked concha bun that finished us off perfectly. The location is great with plenty of parking and once warmer temperatures come, sitting outside on the patio next to the water will be the place to be. Can't wait to go back!

The vibes here are immaculate - this is what you imagine when you think coastal taqueria. From the wooden building to the bizarre layout, this is it. You can't go wrong with that! The hot sauces are homemade, the salsa tasted fresh, everything from a condiment perspective was good. Now again was it authentic, no, but come on... If you have to order two things I would get the corn appetizer - it is honestly one of the best things I've ever eaten in delaware, and then the surf and turf burrito because it is epic! Everything I tried was good. The drink situation could use some help...the margarita was fine, but i really wanted neat mezcal and that was incomprehsible to them to the point that I ended up with a mezcal margarita that had anejo mezcal in it...sad We'll be back!

As soon as we pulled in we noticed the lack of parking, honestly at no fault to the restaurant despite that being a complaint amongst reviews. I popped out and sent my bf on his manly duties to fight for a parking spot while I secured a table. I walked in and was immediately sat along the windows to the left of the hostess table. Granted, we are a party of two which absolutely helped a quick seating. Immediately our waiter greeted me and very kindly offered to either take my drink order or return when my bf arrived. In the middle of that time he dropped a pitcher of water, and rounded back very quickly once my bf was seated. We did a round of drinks and an appetizer to start. Ordering our meals halfway through our app. We stuck to non-alcoholic drinks as it was the back end of our trip (lol), so no review of the cocktails although a reliable source complimented the marg! We ordered the fried brussel sprouts as our app, there was no shortage of bacon nor balsamic glaze and we really enjoyed! For our meals we both ordered the steak fajitas with corn tortillas, and I asked for extra peppers. It ended up being a $2 upcharge however, I feel like I am always shorted veggies when I'm down the beach and they gave quite a generous amount. As for the fajitas/steak, it was very well seasoned and very tender. Ultimately we had enough leftover to take home and throw in a wrap for lunch! For the cost, I felt the portions were quite fair. Overall I think we will absolutely be back. Highlights are the service and the value of the meal. I've had some very awful experiences with restaurants in OC and this place definitely gave me some hope. I would love to come back for their awesome sounding happy hour, as well as to try some tacos!
