This place sucks being a chef I can not believe how bland the food was. I've giving this places many chances but today was the last straw. I came in with my work crew and half our orders came wrong. I place my order before another guess arrived we ordered the same meal and he received his food first. It must have been a relative or something. When I ask my waitress to speak to the manager he wouldn't even come out to speak to me. I guess he doesn't understand what the 80/20 rule in the restaurant business means, but I'm sure he will now. The price of the food is to expensive for the food to taste as terrible as it does. I know location is everything an being in Eden tx will help you no matter how much the food sucks because there's hardly any one to compete with. read more

Excellent breakfast! Very neat and clean establishment. Hubby ordered full stack of pancakes, bacon and hash browns. He was very pleased with the hot, freshly cooked pancakes, perfectly cooked bacon--done but still chewy, and tasty hash browns. The western omelet I ordered was very flavorful and generously endowed with chopped ham, sautéed onions, and bell peppers. Coffee was freshly brewed and tasty. The waitress was cheerful and on the ball with drink refills and other necessities offering to-go beverages once we were ready to leave. We could not have asked for a better breakfast and are so glad we didn't settle for a faster option as we left San Angelo. Don't let an empty parking lot discourage you from stopping! read more

1st time to visit here and won't be our last. The enchilada gravy was perfect, almost like Mr Jessies used to be in Alice years ago. Plate came with rice n beans and a sm salad , but also a scoop of the best cole slaw I've had in a long time. This place is bad. The food is bad. The waitresses are bad. It's that cheap bland Jalisco style restaurant food. I hope no one goes there and they go out of business so someone who can actually make decent food moves into that building. The Dairy Queen in Eden has better food and that's crazy because it's the worst one in Texas hands down. So just skip Eden all together. read more

We seldom buy food out here in Eden, so I haven't eaten at City Limits in years. I ordered the combination plate, substitute refried beans for the coleslaw... taco with meat & cheese only. I checked the order when my husband got it home & it was someone else's- we returned it, they gave it to the correct person & we got ours... the food was prepared in a rush - I ordered tacos with 2 ingredients & they came with just meat no cheese - we won't be ordering again. The Carne Guidada was delicious!! Clean, cheery atmosphere and the young man who waited on us was attentive and friendly!

We stopped in for breakfast this morning. It was not overly busy. Waitress took our order in a timely manner. My husband specifically asked that the whites on his eggs not be runny or he would send them back. Well they were runny. My bacon was not cooked all the way. When the waitress came by, because my husband flagged her down, he let her know about his eggs, her reply was ok, and walked away. She never came back by never refilled our drinks. When we checked out we let the other cashier know about it, she still charged us for the eggs.. bad service.. average food... save your time and money read more

Good Mexican food, service was excellent. The peach cobbler was good too. It's a small restaurant but definitely worth the stop.

Stopped by at 12:45 for a quick lunch. Nothing quick about this place. The waitress took our order and promised to return with chips and salsa- which she did bring about 20 minutes later (along with straws for our drinks). We ordered a burger and some nachos - thinking this would not take too long. It was 30 minutes from the time we ordered till the food came. On a positive note, the burger was delicious. read more
