What can I say!? This fantastic man, and his wonderful guitar shop took care of me not once, not twice but three times! Four if you count my bass player! I got a bone nut on both my Stratocaster and my telecaster with action and intonation setups on both! They played like new! I also got the pickup selector switch replaced on my single-cut PRS! It's still going and I hit that thing hard and often! He did a full setup on my buddies Bass and he also couldn't believe how much better and in tune it was afterwards. Skip all the guys who claim they "know their stuff" and trust me. Go to this shop! Super friendly, knowledge that is very obvious. And he's not going to sell you on anything you don't need. During my first visit, Mark took the time to evaluate how I address the guitar, the style of music that I play, and most importantly how I want the guitar to feel.
