"Our tech is on his lunch break". "I'll wait and test out the bike". 13 minutes in and it doesn't shift to 6, and the seat keeps tilting to become unrideable. Crappy service not done correct or complete and overpriced on top. Big avoid!!!! Waiting to go back inside in 10 minutes but I drive 30 minutes each way, wanted to go biking today; the job isn't even done. Smh! We ended up with a new gray glove, green helmet, black bat, blue backpack, black pants and green socks! One of the cool things HIT has is a glove steamer, which sits in what looks like a popcorn machine to soften the hard leather. It takes a few minutes and then its good to go! The store has had other locations before and moved to this location in 2019. They do a lot of business on the web and for league teams across the county. We had a really nice experience and don't be intimidated, the staff are thoughtful and genuine about their knowledge of the equipment. We will probably be back if my son continues to play.
