It's great you're rolling your eyes at us." I left the store. I probably would have spent up to $500 on ski clothes for her for Christmas. I guess that's not enough for that young sales man. The store is in a warehouse district off Clint Moore, but the front door does face the roadway to make it easier to find with plenty of parking. We walked in and were instantly greeted by staff. The store is a candy-land of baseball equipment! My son tried on or tested everything to make sure it was the right fit with plenty of colors and brand options. We ended up with a new gray glove, green helmet, black bat, blue backpack, black pants and green socks! One of the cool things HIT has is a glove steamer, which sits in what looks like a popcorn machine to soften the hard leather. It takes a few minutes and then its good to go! The store has had other locations before and moved to this location in 2019. They do a lot of business on the web and for league teams across the county. We had a really nice experience and don't be intimidated, the staff are thoughtful and genuine about their knowledge of the equipment. We will probably be back if my son continues to play.

I walked in looking to purchase THREE new callaway quantum clubs, expecting the total to be over $1000. The first older gentleman I asked was standing by the simulators. "Hello, do you have the new quantum's to try". He responded with, no, we won't have them for 3 weeks. I then asked, "well how about the new mizuno?". Again he responded no, another 3 weeks. So then I walk over to the racks, I find the exact two clubs I'm looking to try available. I bring them over, and say: "it looks like you have the clubs, can I try them?" I am then scolded, told those are new clubs, don't touch them, put them back. I say well yes obviously, and returned the club. Finally, after 20 minutes, I was then able to try the new quantum driver. I hit it for 5 mins, then was ready to try the mizuno. The guy who helped us was busy with another group. So I waited. When he returned I asked to try the mizuno. TO MY SURPRISE: he then tells me, you have to leave the booth. I asked Why sir? Do you think i am not able to buy the clubs? He responded with, we have another customer waiting, and you've been here 10 minutes. I just said ok, and left. Not worth my stress. Talk about losing an easy sale though. Horrible taste in my mouth after this. Shocking really.

Recently took up running after I figured out my form sucked and I've been doing it wrong, literally…read moreforever, and actually enjoyed running instead of landing on my heel (boneheaded mistake made for 35+ years lol) and decided to get my foot analysis to get the correct fit. Came here upon store opening on a Saturday and there was already a queue (it can get busy so be patient). Didn't wait long; So was browsing the store before I got called 5 minutes later. Matthew assisted me in getting my foot sized, come to find out I've been wearing the wrong size all my of my adulthood lol! And I knew my foot was wide and the test determined that was not a lie. Big foot alert. I got a wide foot so I need a wider toe box. He brought out 3 different options, Brooks, OnCloud, & Hokas. I ended up going with the Hokas over the Brooks (only because I like wild colors and only options available we're kind of boring, sucks to have wide feet I can't be included in on the fun color run lol) Hokas had a better colorway option available. Personally OnClouds felt very cheap to me and not natural if that makes sense? But I'm so glad Matthew was able to assist me and show me all the options to narrow things down in my head. Loved the store & the service. Would recommend anyone and everyone to come here to get your foot fitted even if you don't buy anything, it's totally free and knowledge is power!

I've been looking for a dress for a family event. And although I'd gotten two other possibilities, I was reminded recently to check out this store. They had a clearance rack and some good discounts, but they didn't have anything dress wise that really appealed. However, while here I did check out their shoe department and their accessories department. I did wind up buying something I'd been looking for in their beauty department. It was fixed price so no discount, at all, but I saved another trip. This isn't really my kind of store, but you never know. I'm sure I'll check out their merchandise some time again in the future.
