A few years ago I went to another Dermatology clinic and never went back. The practitioner was ok but the staff and nurse was not. Sometimes clinics do not understand the importance of the front office and nurses and how their contribution to the patients mean. It makes a huge difference when you are greeted with smiling faces and made to feel welcome etc. I am so excited I found Adelia and her nurses. The only issue I would say is that when you walk in the lady up front was not very friendly. The other receptionist behind her was wonderful. She immediately looked me in the eye and acknowledged I was there and had me come check in with her. I appreciated the eye contact and acknowledgement. Overall excellent beautiful clean clinic and excellent nurses and Adelia was amazing!!

However, I didn't find his office staff to be particularly friendly and I had major trouble trying to get them to fill a Rx. Had to call several times and when they finally did call in the Rx it was the wrong thing. Even though I really liked Dr. Lagrone I probably won't go back to him simply based on his office staff. I need to deal with people who are a little more quick and efficient and definitely friendlier.

He spends ample time with me to answer questions, sometimes I have many. I have Lupus and have several related conditions which at times can be very serious. They are knowledgeable, don't talk down to you but explain things in layman's terms, and most importantly, know their limitations and when to get the good doctor for advice and help. He shares an office with Dr. Eller, who I haven't met. One highlight: I needed to see him the same day I called and they were able to squeeze me in before they closed. I actually think they stayed open a few minutes longer than the posted time for me! If there was anything I can pick on, it is the waiting room. It is smallish when there are a lot of sick people around. Otherwise, it is a good-sized room. I would estimate over 30 seats, a bit close together.

This spot sits at the end of small plaza on Bakers Bridge, features plenty of parking, good sized lobby, plenty of treatment rooms and is just a good spot. Service is always helpful. Front Desk staff is not always the friendliest or most engaged, but they are efficient and nice enough. Pricing is decent, depending on what you are after. They have tiered approaches, so you can go as light or heavy on things as you want. Overall, solid spot that I have become a regular at for good reason!

I've been a fan of having annual checkups with nurse practitioners over doctors for years. I find that I often get more personalized attention and time and also creativity. Jacqueline delivered on my expectations. Jacqueline does checkups for grownups, kids, and even well-woman exams. She is awesome. As a side note, the office is small which means you can get same day appointments.

I have always been able to get in on the same day when I am sick, which I greatly appreciate. When scheduling physicals, the appointment is usually within a week or two. Robin, the receptionist, is so sweet. She always remembers who I am, and does a great job at the front desk and phone. There have been several different nurses over the years, but right now, Nicole and Natasha are great! I like them a lot! Kathryn Fordham (Katie), the current NP that I see, is wonderful! I like her very much! She takes a lot of time with me, she is patient, seems interested, doesn't rush. The office is very clean and decorated nicely. I do like that I can get a cup of coffee (Keurig) on my way out the door too! That's a bonus!! I highly recommend this medical practice.
