I usually had to drive my dad, so I saw her more than twice as many times as I needed. She shows a genuine care for our well-being. And, we always felt very confident and comfortable that she knew her stuff. She had appointments available that were convenient for us, but has also made time for us when needed at the last minute. I even piggy-backed on one of my dad's appointments, so that I could see her for myself. Our wait times were not too long and usually short (surprisingly sometimes). Now, about the clinic itself. Today, I did not get to see my primary as she was not working today. Instead I saw one of the nurse practitioners, Ms. Lewis. It was my first time, so when she walked in smiling and in a generally happy mood, it set the tone. I was comfortable with her. She was easy to talk to (and my one-year old seemed to have a lot to say also). It was a quick visit to assess my symptoms. Then, she sent a prescription to my pharmacy which was ready to pick up within an hour. I didn't have a long wait to see her, but had a long wait to check in. Luckily, I received their text reminder to pre-check in online. Opened the text, click the link to a secure site, checked in and paid my copay online before I left to go to the clinic. So convenient! I didn't have to sit in the waiting room to fill out the questions on their tablet nor have to make payment over the counter. It seems to cut down a lot of time waiting before the appointment time. Will I continue going after my primary physician leaves? Yes. I prefer continuity with my doctor, but I am going to have continuity in the same office at the least. We were able to do them all at once and 30 minutes after we left the office he was eating Chikfila and bouncing around as normal. Today we had to go back and have a tooth pulled. My son was hesitant to drink the sedation juice as it does have an odd taste (they try to mask that with syrup but you can only fool a kid once on that). He fussed but the lady helping us told me with complete confidence that he would do better if she took him to the back and she was right. I love that the staff knows children and all their little quirks so well. Very happy with the care they provide.

Retainers should all fit same but in my case they didn't their was a noticeable difference in the shifting of my teeth depending on which retainer I wore. when I brought it to their attention, they said just wear the one I am most comfortable with. 3. I lost my retainers, so I went in to get a replacement. I was told to keep my molds in case of a ai loose them. To my surprise there were two top molds and no bottom. So if I wanted to get a replacement somewhere else, I couldn't. 4. It's been less than a month since I lost them and they are saying I have to get new molds, because they assume my teeth have shifted so much in a couple of weeks that they would not fit smh. I am very disappointed, but I have no choice but to go to them for the replacement. because if I go somewhere else without molds, they charge an arm and a leg SMH. If you choose this place, make sure you check your molds and stand your ground when it comes to your treatment.
