At 0920, I was escorted to the xray room where another professional tech issued me a pair of paper shorts to get my X-rays taken. At 0925 I was escorted by a young female who was new and we went to two rooms before she found the room I was supposed to be in. I was in that room from about 0930 to 0958. Mind you, my appointment was for 0930. At 0958, I removed my paper shorts, put my clothes on, folded their paper shorts and laid them on their gurney in the room. 30 minutes waiting and no one came to apologize for the tardiness of their NP/PA that I was supposed to see. I walked out of that clinic. They have no respect for their patients/clients who have to wait that long after their appointment time. I posted on their site my complaint and I've yet to hear from them. Goes to show you how much they care about patient relationships.

We finally went to Nashville Tennessee the southern joint institute and the doctors were amazed at the bad placement of the knee replacement, so they had to take all of Dr starkweathers work out and redo it, her legs can bend at 89% not, we wish we would've gone to Nashville first, sorry I wouldn't recommend Dr Stark to anyone
