Complete incompetent. No concern for the people they see or their needs. they are the only government contracted office around for completing immigration physicals. They don't care that there are deadlines for the paperwork on this. They're just excited to get paid $600 to do the physical then refuse to give you the paperwork. I have had the most ridiculous experience at this Wilmore Rudolph's location in Clarksville Tennessee. I am a walk in told there was openings for appointments. I was not put in as a scheduled appointment when I came in. So I just keep getting pushed as a walk in further and further out. people are added to scheduling as appointments and are getting seen around me. I asked the rude receptionist 2 times if I was coming up. I also asked if I could switch to a scheduled time, now that it's over 2 hours. The receptionist response is now I will still have to wait a while, even if she puts me in a scheduled spot over a hour from now. Lesson learned, schedule before you go. because instead of being accommodated into a scheduled opening. They leave you as a walk in. and you wait for hours. They don't gi a shizzz. and at this Wilmore Rudolf Urgent care. The receptionist doesn't care how you are sick. And absolutely doesn't care to help rectify a situation. Never again at this location. I showed up for an 8am appointment on a Thursday and the office was closed. Their hours are posted on the door as Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM. No one contacted me to reschedule my appointment, just made me waste my time. read more

Not sure what the breakdown is. Showed up around noon and got checked in. After I approached 1 hr and 30 minutes, I asked how much longer and the check in lady said "I don't know." I was the only patient there when I arrived and now there were 4. I said I would wait a few moments longer. I didn't get called up so I threw in the towel and got a refund on my charge card for the check in and headed over to Ascension St. Thomas where I got checked in, triaged, seen by a doctor, given a steroid shot for poison ivy, and DONE all in 15 MINUTES. Thanks Ascension. I used Doctor's care in the past with no issues and good physician care. It would have been helpful if I would have been informed during my wait of how much longer I'd have to wait to be seen. read more

Super frustrating experience here. I made an appointment, showed up early with my newborn in tow. Waited 30 min and checked back with the front desk and was informed there were still 3 people ahead of me and I probably wouldn't be seen for another hour. They had asked me to pre-pay so I asked for a refund and the woman was quite sassy about it. (The younger front desk girl was nice). I guess if you go here, don't pre pay and wait until your service has been provided. I understand waiting if you come in for urgent care and I even understand doctors being behind 20-30 minutes but an hour and 30 minutes is a little excessive. makes me wonder ... what is the point of an appointment? read more

Waited for over 2 hours to be seen (no one else was in waiting room), finally got called back. I told them that I was on my lunch break. The doctor accessed me and said that she would send my medication into the pharmacy and that a nurse would be in shortly to sign me out. I continued to wait, but the nurse never came back. I had to go get the doctor to tell her again that I had to go. The nurse came and signed me out. After work, went to pick up my meds only to find out that she did NOT send my prescription in as promised. Super frustrating! read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We had a completely awful experience... My boyfriend pulled an abdomen muscle during sports and was in severe pain, and this was one of the few places open on a Saturday. We came in and he was literally groaning in pain since he had just pulled it. The office visit was $105, which we paid upon entering before seeing a doctor. It took over 20 minutes of waiting with him doubled-over in pain before I started asking the staff if someone could help him. The old woman there was extremely condescending and laughed when he said he knew it was a pulled muscle (he's an athlete, so he's pulled muscles before and knows what they feel like). She said that he needed an x-ray for an additional $105 before any treatment could be given for his pain. She treated me like a child when I asked her how an x-ray would show what's going on (I thought x-rays only show bone issues). When I told her the x-ray cost was more than we were planning to pay, she said he could just leave then. I had never felt more disrespected, and I am a very nice, polite person! I was so worried (as anyone would be if a loved one was hurting), and I couldn't believe how condescending and rude the old woman was! BOTTOM LINE: Steer clear of this place. Zero bedside manner. We waited over 20 minutes and never saw a doctor. The old woman should leave her job if she hates it so much. I highly recommend Elite Primary Care with Dr. Pike on Madison. Much more affordable too (office visits there are $75 versus the $105 here). I just wish they had been open that Saturday. read more

DO NOT go here. Especially for anything related to COVID. When I began experiencing symptoms this was the only place I could find that was open because everywhere else was backed up for several days. That said, I don't blame this office for the time I had to wait for a test... I understand everyone is overloaded with COVID patients. However, this was by far my worst experience during the pandemic. They weren't requiring masks in the office and were allowing people to wait in the cramped front room. Thank goodness I wore my mask and I chose to wait in my car for the 2 and a half hours before they could see me because I tested positive and could have infected the 10 or so people including young unvaccinated unmasked children who were crowded together and would have been close to me. When I got in the room, the first NP I saw was lovely. She came in and took my symptoms and swabbed my nose. When the doctor came in she wasn't wearing a mask. She took my symptoms as well, got right up in my face looked in my ears, had me pull down my mask to look in my nose, listened to my breathing etc... all while willingly exposing herself to a possible covid patient. I wasn't really disturbed by this until she walked into my room to tell me I had tested positive and STILL was not wearing a mask. She sat there and told me that it was probably a variant of some kind. Tell me, how am I supposed to respect or trust a physician who isn't even wearing a mask while in the room with a covid positive person? I stayed composed, but started to cry and told her I lived with my family and was afraid I'd give it to them. I wanted to know if it was the variant or not and she told me it didn't matter. She didn't want or care to know what kind of covid I had and was convinced that no one else did either. She told me to calm down and that covid was just a cold. That stressing myself out was going to weaken my immune system and make things worse for me so I just needed to chill out and realize that it's no big deal. I'm sorry but wtf kind of medical professional... Then I walk out to the desk and they hand me a bill for $180 after my insurance. They charged me for a covid test, a flu test they never asked me if I wanted, and a VISIT. I was being charged over a hundred dollars for someone to tell me I was stupid for being concerned about covid after knowingly exposing themselves to me. On top of that the racism in this office was also astounding. They do a lot of workers comp and labor related visits so there were quite a few maintenance and construction workers in the waiting room as well. As I stood in line to get my paperwork one man was handed his, but told the woman behind the desk he couldn't fill it out himself because he couldn't write english well enough and he didn't want to mess it up. He asked her several times to help him, but she refused saying it wasn't her job and that she had too much to do when the Doctor wasn't even back from her 3 hour lunch break yet so there were no patients being seen. Why are there not forms in Spanish and other highly desired languages? She sent him away and told him he could take the forms home and come back when he figured it out. Zero star if given the option. 1) they double charged my credit card and HSA account (I paid with an HSA check first, which I was told was rejected, then I paid with my card. Afterwards I found out that they charged both for the same amount -$330) 2) they let you wait for hours 3) they ask you to come and submit a form and then tell you the doctor is not in today and thus cannot sign it. And I live 1.5 hours away. 4) their keeping of medical records is terrible. So if you want more disaster upon your illness, go there. read more

I wasn't able to see my primary doctor until next week and my insurance informed me I could come here to be seen instead of waiting several days. I'm always a little weary of new places but was pleasantly surprised here. The staff at the desk were very kind and helpful. I saw Dr. Kent and he was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We normally see our doctor on base. Unfort yesterday morning they had no appointments and my daughters cold was getting worse. We came here , no long wait time at all! At least compared to base. I would not give any stars at all, but 1 star is as low as it can go. We will not be returning due to rude billing staff, who seems to act like they do not have time to answer questions about what you owe. We received our services at the Madison Street location but received the bill from the Wilma Rudolph location which is where we called. My toddler fell jumped off the couch and hurt her arm, and being concerned parents we took her to DoctorsCare. There was no one else in the office at all, so we were seen pretty quickly, however we found out we had a surprise lapse in medical coverage when we checked in. We paid a "deposit" of $105 (which was really a fee to see the doctor), we were fine with this charge. Our daughter had x-rays taken which cost $100, and we paid that when we left. The doctor informed us she had "nursemaid's elbow" which is not serious, but when a tendon pops out of place. She showed us how to roll it back into place if it happens again. The doctor & nurses we dealt with were AWESOME, however the office staff is clueless and rude. There is a breakdown in communication somewhere! When we were checking out there was a charge on our daughter's chart that the receptionist didn't understand (since all the doctor did was hold our daughter's elbow and pop it into place), so she just charged us for the x-rays. She told us the woman who does the billing was on vacation and we might receive a bill later. Well we get a bill for $180 stating we owe $105 for the doctor fee, $100 for the x-ray, and stating we paid only $25. When my husband called the woman (on speakerphone) in billing (did not say her name) said that we did indeed owe that money and it was a remainder of the cost to twist my daughter's arm in place, however that procedure was not listed on our bill. We understand that medical costs are expensive, and we would have understood if the full bill was itemized. Obviously anyone would be confused if they got a bill for the services they actually paid for, stating they only paid $25. My husband was respectful on the phone and the woman had a serious attitude, saying "well sir I am just going to send you a fully itemized bill, is there anything else I can help you with?" When he was just asking for clarification on the amount owed. Essentially we owe $180 for the doctor to twist my daughter's arm, so instead of helping us work through our confusion the woman just HUNG UP the phone. We called back to speak to a manager and were just placed on hold and forgotten about for 20 minutes, before getting disconnected. We are HAPPY to pay what we actually owe, but prefer all our questions being respectfully answered and being worked with. My husband truly was not rude as he works in customer service, he was not yelling or cursing, and the woman simply acted as though she did not have time for us. We will NEVER return and we will tell everyone about our AWFUL experience. read more

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This office is the first office I have EVER refused to pay in, because my experience was bad enough that it actually warranted it. I came in to be seen for swelling in my throat (which was severe enough that I ended up getting a tonsillectomy weeks after this visit), and the doctor came in, he spent more time asking questions that were completely unrelated than he did physically assessing me, and then when he finally did he simply flashed a light in my throat and called that good. Then he said he could "maybe try some nystatin" if I thought it was thrush, as in if I, me, the patient thought that was it, because he didn't know...(Didn't realize I was paying them for my own novice opinion). Then he got up and left the room. Didn't do any testing at all, didn't even tell me his thoughts before leaving the room and sending his assistant in with discharge paperwork that simply said I had swelling on it and nothing else. Needless to say, I refused to pay for that awful care (if you can even call it care) and left. Office is dirty and old. Only upside is that the receptionist is kind and she let me fill out a review. Never got a follow up call or apology or anything. Oh, and as if that's not bad enough, the throat swelling he treated like nothing ended up being cancer. I highly recommend you don't go here! and a helpful hint for you....American Family Care on Madison Street is much better, cleaner, and will provide you real health care, if you must go to an urgent care at all. read more

We have taken our daughter to this urgent care 3 times, and every time the staff has been amazing! We have never waited long and the doctors/PAs have always treated our daughter like she was their own. If I need to take our daughter to urgent care again, this will be the only urgent care we go to. I have been completely satisfied with their service and highly recommend them. read more
