Jill Proctor is a highly skilled provider who truly cares about your skin health. During her full…read moreskin examination for suspicious spots, lumps, and bumps, she was extremely thorough and made sure nothing was missed. She is incredibly intelligent and does an excellent job explaining findings and educating you on your skin health in a way that's easy to understand. I had to have two suspicious spots removed, which honestly can be a scary experience, but Jill and her team made me feel completely comfortable and took exceptional care of me throughout the entire process. Also--DID YOU KNOW THERE IS A MED SPA THERE TOO?!?! Miss Kay is the nurse injector and Ashley is the aesthetician, and they are both very talented, knowledgeable, and amazing at what they do. Swing by and see all the different services they provide!! (Tox, filler, facials, chem peels, and more!) I love going to Pinnacle Dermatology in Clarksville because it truly is a one-stop shop for all things skin health. From medical dermatology to aesthetics, everyone there welcomes you warmly and makes you feel right at home.

I saw Dr. Lehman a few years ago and was very impressed. I started traveling for work, got busy,…read moreand let my self-care fall off. I'm changing that now, and back to prioritizing myself. I'm at the age where I really have to take care of my skin. Dr. Lehman is as warm, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable as ever. I trust her completely! And she really takes the time to explain the plan of care and make sure all questions are answered. This office takes a lot of insurance plans, though certain medicare/medicaid/united healthcare plans aren't serviced. Honestly, if my insurance stopped covering, I would come here anyway (I know that's a privilege to be able to say). Front office staff are attentive and welcoming. The waiting room is clean and bright, with nice and comfortable furniture. Checkin is easy and I didn't wait at all! I went back right on time and waited barely a few minutes before Dr. Lehman entered the room. I also met with Kay, their aesthetics professional, who asked me about my goals and helped me find a skincare plan that met my needs. She gave me a detailed brochure and wrote down exactly how/in what order to perform each step. I'm set up with her in one month for a free follow up. I think I will consider a chemical peel with her in the future. I'm not trying to discount any other yelpers opinion, but I do notice most of the people rating this practice poorly only have a few/no other reviews and a few didn't even experience the practice--they based their ratings on a phone call or an issue with scheduling. I'm glad I'm starting my self-care journey with Dr. Lehman and I'm confident she and her staff will keep my skin at its glowing best.

Will never return to this place. My husband had the worst…read moreexperience ever. First off not impressed with cleanliness when walked in the doors. Then there was the no good bedside manners. Then during his procedure he could FEEL them cutting into the area. He was not given enough pain medication...then he had serious chills from too much epinephrin (adrenaline), not sure why that is used, but I'm not a doctor. After all that he left feeling sick, empty handed from any replacement bandages or instructions on how to clean or care for stitches. I had to return with my husband later that same day because the wound wouldn't stop bleeding and needed extra bandages large enough to cover large. The Nurse said it was fine like it was, but nice enough to clean up area and slap another bandage on that wouldn't stick and after asking for extra bandages she gave him two bandages for an attire week...still with no sound instructions on anything. I told my husband not to go back to have stitches removed that I would remove them myself. He wished he had taken me up on that...The following week having stitches removed was very painful. Another bad bedside nurse with not a care. She also sent him home with no care instructions on or how long to keep wearing bandages...nothing, just sent him in his way.

We are so incredibly greatful to everyone at Vanderbilt pediatrics and highly recommend. The care has been excellent all around.
