I went to Doctor's Care on 3/7/2026 regarding a potential bladder infection. There was no one in the waiting room, so I was called back in a very timely manner. The nurse weighed me on their scale and it was incorrect (10 pounds lighter than I actually was), so I think its time to replace their scale. When I got in my room, they took my blood pressure and the machine squeezed my arm so much that my hand went numb and my arm started aching. I am pretty sure it is time for a new blook pressure machine too. While I waited, I noticed the floor in the room. It was filthy and looked like it hadnt been mopped/cleaned in a long time. That was my biggest turn-off. I went to the bathroom to take a sample and the floor in the bathroom was even worse. I can't believe the floors were that dirty in a health care facility. They looked like a floor in a run-down gas station. Aside from the equipment situation and the filthy floor, the staff was exceptionally friendly and took the time to listen to me. In fact, it was the friendliest they have ever been since I've been coming there over the years. I have always gone to Doctor's Care when I needed urgent care. I never noticed the cleanliness till this visit. Please clean the floors. read more

I don't know that I would recommend this urgent care to anyone as it was probably the longest it's ever taken anywhere to get checked in and seen, even though there was no wait as I was there. Once I saw the doctor, he seemed nice and helpful and it didn't take long once I was called back. Overall, the doctor seemed skilled and that part was fine but the experience with the receptionists and extremely long wait made it not the most pleasant. read more

Third, I arrived at the other location and the receptionist says, "We do have an xray tech, but you would need to be seen at the location you were at first." This was the only place open to get a COVID test for my son the day after Christmas. The receptionist told me a test would be $100 and that I'd have to pay because it was below my deductible. I decided to pay. The test came back negative and we left. 3 months later I get a bill for $280...for "Lab tests" and an "office visit". This place is a rip off and the staff is dishonest. DoctorsCare overcharged me two times. It has been 4 months since I asked for a refund. They said it was no problem but the refund hasn't been received. Now when I call I get put on extended hold or disconnected. The director or owner have not been available to resolve the situation. read more

Today I sought out treatment for our exchange student. The first contact by Trina was rude indifference and not even acknowledging we were standing at the counter. She continued to stare at her computer monitor. After I guessed at what I am supposed to do....I filled out the visit sticker on the counter...she could only find enough energy to tell us to sit. After fifteen minutes we were summoned to the counter by Trina to again experience the same lack of communication and energy. When I presented the exchange students insurance, she now seemed even less enthusiastic because they did not accept the insurance. I cannot blame them for not accepting the insurances. But, I strongly recommend a retraining in what customer service is. read more

Well I just wasted $89 copay... When in to get my elbow looked at. even the nurse agreed with me what needed to be done. There was only one other patient in there...so they had time...but the "doctor" that was there came in and said my BP was too high....heck yea its higher..my elbow hurts!!.and I drove thru hell to get here. Anyway it was a Friday night...think he just did not feel like working...he did nothing to help.suggested a brace and some aspirin. I went to doctors care thursday sick with cough congestion and was sent home with cough medicine. I had been sick for 10 days. the doctor said to comeback in 5 days if worse and he would prescribe an antibiotic if not better. I just went today because I'm much worse. I waited 1 1/2 hours and during that time they took 2 people that came in much later than I did. I wasted my time. I had them reverse my charge since I wasn't seen. I asked why she did this she said she was so busy she got it confused. who knows why this happened but I will not go back. it's poorly run and I'm still very sick. I think they send you home with out medicine so you come back and get charged again. very poorly run and unprofessional. read more

Will never go back. Paid out of pocket because they would not bill my insurance, missed a diagnosis and I had to go somewhere else. Everyone in the place acted like they didn't want to be there, including the doctor. They gave me a device to"help" my injury but only had a size that was too big, the girl said "well you can get one at Walmart". But then she bent it to make it work. I wish I had gone to Walmart myself now, because a month after my visit I received another bill for this device that cost 3x what I would have paid if I got it at Walmart. Turns out that wasn't the problem anyway, but apparently my 2.5 minutes with the doctor wasn't enough time for a correct diagnosis. read more

This place is AMAZING. We had family visiting from out of town and one of them tested positive for COVID with an at-home test kit. This is the only walk-in clinic we could find that would help and we're open to prescribing antiviral medicine, including evidence based Ivermectin, if needed. Their staff and doctor were INCREDIBLY informed and helpful. We will ONLY come back to this walk-in clinic since this is the second time in a year that they have helped us when we needed them. I inquired about time frame to see physician, was told they had no clue (interrupting them again). Then they wanted my co-payment immediately. I declined to pay before services rendered. Had an ear infection, walked in wearing a mask. A couple ahead of me wasn't. Ok, no big deal. Only their child had a fever, I over heard them explain to the receptionist. As I got closer, I saw the receptionist was also not wearing a mask. How can a medical facility, even an urgent care facility, not make mask wearing mandatory for their staff. Where I work, not in a medical facility or around food, it is a fireable offense to not social distance and wear a mask at all times. Then I looked around and saw the waiting area looked the same as the last time I had been there. Most places with waiting areas had removed their chairs or taped them off, but not this place. How am I supposed to think they take my health seriously if they can't follow simple precautions during a pandemic? I was in a lot of pain and short on time, but I had my husband drive me to another facility. I wasn't able to get seen until the next day, which was unfortunate. But, no way was I going to a medical facility that took fewer precautions than my dentist. read more

This place is horrible. I brought my son here right around Christmas because he seemed to be feeling ill and I couldn't get in to his regular doctor due to the holiday. The nurses that took his vital signs used an adult oxygen meter that clips on to your finger. He was only 3 months old at the time and they tried to connect it to his toe which is considerably smaller than an adult's finger, so it mis-read his oxygen level as very low. Another nurse even mentioned that that might be the problem. Soon after, the doctor came in and said we needed to take an ambulance to the hospital immediately and didn't even double check his oxygen level. Basically, after four hours in the hospital and an ambulance ride (even the EMTs said his oxygen level looked fine), I was told that he had a cold and was sent home. The negligence of this place cost me almost $1000 and they still sent me a bill for their services. read more

I talked my husband into going to this clinic when he got off a 12 hours work shift as he refused to miss work. It was about 7:15 pm. He had been having chest and arm pains all day and was getting dizzy and even passed out at one point. While we were waiting, a couple came in with 2 young children. One of the children was sick. The receptionist, rudely told them that they should just take their kid to Dr. in morning down the road and it would save them money anyway. The parents looked at each other in disbelief and carried their children out the door. We looked at each other wondering if we should continue. I was very worried and wanted his BP taken anyway. They took his $50 and asked him how much he weighed. He didn't know but guessed about 30 lbs. less than what he did. They wrote it down. While girl was taking his blood pressure, she kept tapping her foot as she was very impatient due to it just taking too long. It was obvious they were ready for him to leave so they could go home. Dr. came in and told him that his BP wasn't that high and he would be ok. My husband even asked if he could have some BP meds as he used to take them and quit without Dr. permission. They told him to go home. His next day off I took him to his regular doctor and they ran blood work on him, weighed him, etc. They prescribed him BP meds and put him on a diet. He had high BP and high Cholesterol. Apparently, no heart attack. I will never ever go to this clinic or take anyone to this clinic again. If it is after hours...we will just go to Emergency Room. read more

I Have to left one star is the lowest I can go,this is the worse place that I ever been, staff in the front area are so rude, I called the first time and they put me in hold for 30 minutes,they think are Divas o super stars, I got a tb test positive, after I paid $175 for a gold test the Nurse just filled one blood tube,other two never filled, I asked to her about why She didn't fill the other two and She said I know what I'm doing is ok with one tube,but if you watch Gold test in you tube, you will know they took 3 blood tubes to send to the lab. and get results, The Nurse did a bad job, one week after when I went in the office for my result, The Medical Assistant Her name is Tiffany told me,why you're here,the doctor is too busy to read your test,and I said I dont care,I called and the other assistant told me that I can come anytime today, when I got upset, She just told me,ok the doctor will read your test and I have to wait 45 minutes to get the RESULT and it was indeterminate,inconclusive, worse service, I waste time,Gas and money,They don't want take another test so I have to pay again or go to the tb clinic for free. SO BE AWARE if you need emigration service be carefully with those doctors they are doing fraud for emigration, They are the only two doctors in Clarksville, Tennessee. Slipped off a curb and tore all the ligaments in my ankle. Fiance drops me off at front door to go and park the car. I hobble in with tears running down my face, even though i should of waited for him. The place is empty and the two woman at the counter just stared directly at me while i hobbled, crying towards them, doing nothing. Propped up against the counter, after finally reaching it, one woman takes my info showing no compassion or concern for me being in horribble pain and continues to ask questions as im trying to support my weight on one foot. I tell her I need to sit bc I cant stand, she tells me have a seat! Fiance walks in and sees me wobble towards chair alone in agony! Angry, we left and went to the ER. Nobody offered to help me walk or offer me a wheel chair. Didnt care or unobservsnt, either way they dont belong out front intaking patients! Ill never go back there again. read more

Receptionist was less than inviting/friendly. Payment was required before services were rendered. My (8 year old) son saw three different people: the nurse who was pretty nice, but wasn't much help when my son threw up after getting a strep swab; the PA who threatened to gag my son again if he didn't open his mouth; and some guy in gray named Max. I don't know Max's capacity in this office, but he joked with my son and made all of us feel much more comfortable. Max is what got this place 3 stars instead of 1. The other staff really should work on bedside manners, and focus on patient comfort instead of how miserable they appear to be. read more

I went into the Doctors care on Madison street and was highly disappointed. I called before hand to see how long the wait was and was told 15 min. This however was not true. Once I signed in I was told a copy amount in which I questioned and was lowered immediately due to my knowledge of my insurance. When I was called back the gentleman who took my vitals was very nice and told me it would be a few minutes before the doctor came in to see me. The doctor finally came in, asked me very little questions as he marked through many items on a piece of paper. He barely asked me anything to be marking out that much. He was then called out by his staff due to a patient having a seizure. As I am in the medical field, I know how important it was for him to tend to the emergency. However, when the doctor came back in, he listened to my lungs, told me they sounded good and proceeded to tell me he was calling in some medications. One of the medications was a pain med, why? I am not in pain at all. I just don't feel well. As I know this is an "Urgent Care" office I know there are certain protocols all doctors should go by. Seeing a patient for maybe two minutes and writting medications is not the best protocol. I will not be returning to this office. Now I know why the office on Wilma Rudolph stays so busy. Possibly because the care is better. I was not and am not looking for pain medications or medications that will not help me. I was highly disappointed. If I could give 0 stars, I would. read more
